Ellie's P.O.V

"Look how cute you guys are." A women's voice said, bringing me out of my sleepy state.

Mason softly chuckled from next to me, his voice rough from sleep, "Yeah...what did you need?"

"Mason?" I croaked out, shuffling a bit and opening my eyes.

When my vision focused Mason and I were laying on our sides, our faces towards each other. His arms were wrapped tightly around my waist so that I was perfectly flush against his chest. His mom, Isabella, was standing next to the bed over us and smiling.

"Sorry princess, did we wake you?" Mason asks.

"Yes but that's okay..."

Isabella ran her fingers through Mason's hair to turn his sleepy attention back to her, "I have to go to work. I'll be gone for a few weeks on a business trip."

"Already?"

"Yeah, I'm sorry sweet pea. It was planned last minute. But I've left you enough stuff so that you can survive and you better take care of Ellie."

He laughed softly and turned back to me and kiss my forehead, "Don't worry, I will."

Then she looked at me, "Don't let him bug you too much, I know how annoying he can be."

Mason lifted his hand to his mother, "That's is offensive on so many levels."

"I know. I love you buggy-boo." She leaned over to kiss the side of his head.

Then she left with me giggling at the nickname. Mason and I ended up falling back asleep until noon then we finally got up and started moving around. When Mason went to change into new clothes, which was a black t-shirt, black jeans, and a black hoodie with white squares on the sleeves, I went to my bag and I got my phone out that I stored in there. There was a new text on it that was revived late last night.

Leah: I'm leaving for a couple of days

Leah: Don't destroy the place while I'm gone or you know what will happen

I let out a breath of relief once I read the texts. It was a regular occurrence that Leah would leave
on these little trips but I didn't care. I didn't have to see her for two days.

Mason walked back into his room just when I sighed, "What's wrong?"

I looked up to see him standing there in the doorway, "N-nothing! Hey uh...is it okay if I go back to my apartment to change?"

He came closer towards me and grabbed my hair so he could move it over my shoulders, "You look perfect though."

I looked down and saw that I was still wearing his clothes and giggled, "I know but I need new clothes and I can go drop off my bag."

"Can I come with you? It will be like an adventure!" He exclaims, throwing his arms around my shoulders and wiggling back and forth.

I laughed at his weirdness and patted his arm, "Yes, you can come with me."

"Yay! Let's go!"

Laughing more I grabbed my bag and we headed out the door hand in hand. Since Leah was gone it was finally safe to bring Mason over. Usually when she left like this I know for a fact that she would stay as long as she said or even a day longer so I wouldn't have to worry about her dropping by early either.

Mason and I got to my apartment and he followed me into my room, looking around the bare place as we went. Once in my room I put my bag down in the corner and started pulling out new clothes for me to change into.
