Chapter 21- Let's Talk

With a loud bang the door opened, baekhyun slowly stood up to see who it was.

His eyes went big when he saw a panting you trying to catch your breath. You were out of words and almost ready to collapse.

You: We.... We.... We need to talk.

Saying this you collapsed near the door. Baekhyun tried his level best to reach you faster and helped you up.

Baekhyun: First take a seat and then we can start.

You: Hm....

You hum and nod your head as you seat in his couch, he sits in the chair opposite to you.

Baekhyun manages to bring you a glass of water to drink. You smile taking it and talk again, but you look at his bandage.

You: Are you mad?

Baekhyun looks at you confussed.

Baekhyun: Why?

You: You could have told that jerk that you didn't do anything it was Melaine who did it.

Baekhyun: Before you say anything else, I just wanna say I'm sorry, and I deserve whatever happened with me, it was my only way for me to make me realise that I've been jerk this whole time. And morever I was really jerk to you too, because of me.....

You: Not beacuse of you, because of my own reasons. Don't think like the world revolves around you.

Baekhyun laughed and looked at you, while you still tried to catch your breath, finally settled down.

Baekhyun: Listen, I know you'll probably joke about this, but like you, I don't know why, maybe... Maybe I know, but still that doesn't give me the power to make you or force you to love me. I'm sorry if I hurt you.

A few days later........

You get to your classroom since it  your college classes had began again. You step in the class and wait for someone. You smile seeing Tao.

Tao: Angel, you're waiting for someone?

You: Yes, how was your vacation?

Tao: Good.

That's when you see Chanyeol and Baekhyun walk towards you, you run to hug him and smile at him.

Baekhyun: Looks like someone was eager to See Me.

You:  Don't be so cocky.

You laugh hitting baekhyun in the arm and you smile at chanyeol.

So what had happened?

Back to the day......

You listen to baekhyun and finally talk again, you smile at him.

You: Listen, I'm not Angry at you, I'm pissed, yes you hurt me and yes you were a jerk to me and Chanyeol, but what made me pissed off was you didn't tell the truth that you liked me.

Baekhyun sat back listening to you.

You: I know it will be hard to believe too, but I did like you, maybe somewhere inside me, I liked you, I never acted on that cause I feared I would make the mistake I did in the past. But when I got to know you I understood, that despite all the jerk facade you put up, you were actually pretty normal and you were sweet too, maybe that's what pissed me to break up with Chanyeol, but you! You avoided me, I needed to speak to you, yet you avoided me, and I couldn't say what I felt.

Baekhyun then moved closer to you and smiled.

Baekhyun: I'm here now, aren't I? Now tell me, would you like to go out with me Y/N, just an ordinary Baekhyun, not a playboy, not a jerk, not anything, I'm being my plain old self, so tell me would you like to date me.

You look at him with your goggly eyes and couldn't find words to say, as tears slowly hit your face, which you didn't know why, you smiled through the tears and began to speak.

You: I....  I would love to.

Finally finding words you confess that you want to date him by sealing the deal with a hug, followed by a sweet kiss from Baekhyun, making your heart flutter.

Back to the present.......

You then pull back from the hug and smile at him.

You: Baek! You never told me the reason you liked me.

Baekhyun: You never did too.

You: HEY! I said, you try to recollect then you'll remember.

Baekhyun: Oh well, I just did like you, no reasons.

You: Fine then don't speak to me.

You puff your cheeks and walk away from Baekhyun, whole he laughs and hugs you from behind.

Baekhyun: You're the most beautiful girl in this world, who is just herself and not afarid to express what you want. I'm in love with all those qualities of yours, which makes me want to come back to you again and again, it's like you're my light in this dark world and you guide me through it.

You blush through his words making you creep some crimson on your face.

You walk to hug him, so that your face gets hidden in his chest.

Baekhyun: So, you got your reason?

You: Yeah.

Baekhyun laughs kissing the top of your head while, you both walk hand in hand to your class.

After class.......

You: Baekhyun, do you see a future for us?

Baekhyun hums scratching his head.

Baekhyun: I don't know, but I do see it with you.

He smiles seeing you look at him with your goggly eyes. While you smile at his comment and kiss his cheeks. Holding his hands you walk to your dorm room.

You: Me too.

You both Run to your dorm, while holding your hands.
