Oddly Falling For You

Chapter 23

"Omg YOU GOT A PUPPY?" I screamed. They both laughed and said yes. "What's his name?" I asked. "His name is Alex," Luke replied. I crawled over to Alex and started playing with him. I heard a tiny little bark and looked over. "Aww. Come here Minnie!" I exclaimed. My little puppy came over and stared at Alex. She growled and went to jump on him but I picked her up and Luke picked Alex up. "That was worth a shot." I said.

I put Minnie back in her cage because she wasn't behaving. I gave her a treat and walked back in the living room. I jumped on Astrid's back and she fell on her face. Ashton started pointing and laughing at us. "You should have seen your faces." I looked at him stuck my tongue out. "It's not funny." I said with a serious face. "Whatever you say."

I got up and sat on the couch. Of course Michael had to sit on my. "Get off me! I can't breath." I tried to yell. I finally got off me and started jumping around like a five year old. "Dylan, do you want to go make a cake with me?" Astrid asked. "Um, sure." I said.

We got all the ingredients ready and started making it. "So how are you and Luke doing?" I asked. She looked up and smiled. "We are doing really good. I have never been happier in my life!" She exclaimed. "That's great!" I said. She nodded and continued mixing the cake batter. "I'm done." She said. We then put it in the oven and made hit chocolate for the heck of it.

I heard beeping and knew it was the oven. "I'll get it," I said. When I pulled it put of the oven it looked delicious. I got the frosting out and then waited for it to cool down. "Astrid come help me with the frosting!" I yelled to her. "Hold on a second." She yelled back. She came in and grabbed the frosting. We started spreading the color red all over it.

"Boys, we finished the cake!" We both yelled and then started laughing when we heard them say,"Yay cake time." We heard them running in and already cutting it. Dimwits.

Ashton and Michael were the first to take bites. As soon as it was in their mouths they spit it out everywhere. "What kind of cake is this. It's disgusting." They both said. "We found the cake mix in the cabinet." I said. "Do you honestly think that anything we have in this house is okay to eat?" Calum said whilst laughing with Luke. I just shrugged and kissed his cheek. "I'm going to go and get ready for bed." I yawned.

I ran to the room and changed into pajamas. I got into the bed and heard Astrid yell, "TIME TO PRANK YOU KNOW WHO!" I fell asleep after that.
