Astrid started singing and it was amazing. When she was done everyone said she sounded amazing. "Best singer I ever heard." They all said. That stung. I have been singing for years and even Calum heard me. Am I not good? Tears formed in my eyes but I wiped them. "What do you think Dylan?" Calum asked. "Yeah. The best." I said sarcastically with an eye roll. "What's your problem?" Calum said rudely. "Oh it's nothing." I replied.

I turned on my heal and went to my room. I slammed the door and jumped on the bed. I started singing and then heard a knock. "What?" I yelled. Calum walked through and shut the door.

He stared at me and it was a weird stare. "Are you jealous?" He asked while dropping his stare. I just nodded. "Why?" He asked. "Because she starts singing for a minute and everyone loves her voice. I know I would be to scared to sing in front of you all but I have been singing since I was 10. Even in my band I felt misplaced. " I explained.

"Don't be jealous. You can out beat any singer out there. I hope you know that. I love you." He said. I looked up at him and smiled a little. "I love you too."

I apologized to Astrid for being a bitch. She said it was okay. Now we are trying to figure out how to get rid of my stage fright. "Try singing in front of us." Ashton said. "Okay. I'll try."

My hands were sweating and I had a sudden urge to throw up. You can do it Dylan. You can do it. I said to myself. I started singing Almost is Never Enough by Ariana Grande.

"I DID IT!" I screams. "YAY!" They all yelled. I got trampled in hug from five people. I can't believe I did it.
