Focus turns to the side to find the valet attendant walking around the car.

"Just mind your own business," Baek Ho snarls at the man. Although the man did not seem to be that strong, he still stood up against Baek Ho.

"If this was somewhere else, this wouldn't be my business. Since you decided to do this in front of me, it has become my business," the man says as he walks over to Jae Eun's side. He looks down at her and offers a kind look. "I think this lady had told you to let go and that you were hurting her."

Baek Ho, with an infuriated yet resigned expression looks between the two people in front of him. He aggressively releases Jae Eun's arm with a grunt. "We'll continue this next time."

He turns, grabs his key from the valet cabinet and stalks over to the lot. Jae Eun rubs the part he had held onto and watches his figure disappear. She then turns to the man and thanks him. "It's rare that an outsider would step in. Thank you a lot."

"I wouldn't let that type of thing happen even if I wasn't asked to make sure you left in your own car alone," the man tells her.

"Asked?" Jae Eun finds his comment confusing. He chuckles and nods his head.

"There was a man and a woman a while ago who had described you to me and requested that I watch out for you until you leave the lot," he explains. Jae Eun finally understands the situation and smiles. "I won't pry into anything, but since I know that you are okay then I've done my job. Drive safe, miss."

"May I ask for your name?" Jae Eun asks feeling grateful for this man. "I am just so grateful for your actions. It's not often for things like this to happen. I would like to know your name."

The man chuckles and rubs the back of his neck. "I'm just a valet attendant, miss. I just park cars for people."

"Please? I just want to know your name?" she does not back down. He smiles and shakes his head not believing the woman's persistency.

"JY," he answers. Jae Eun narrows her eyes and he chuckles. "That's all you get. Now please drive home safely, miss. Also, let the two people know that you arrived home safely."

"Alright," Jae Eun sighs. "JY. JY, thank you again. This valet company is lucky to have you. I hope you to have a bright future ahead of you."

"Thank you, miss," he nods. He could not believe the kindness of the woman who was just assaulted. He was surprised at how calm and collected she was after the events that occurred. He did not do much, but she was so grateful towards his actions.

She pats his shoulder and walks towards her car. He watched her get in and drive away before another customer comes requesting for their car.

Jae Eun drives with a faint smile on her face. She honestly feared the ending of the dinner with Baek Ho. Deep inside she knew that staying there might result to a repeating of their past, but she still stayed because she would rather it be her than causing any harm to Ha Na. Her fears were saved as she was met with great people. Ha Na and Min Hyun helped behind the scenes when they could not stay and the man, JY, helped her escape from Baek Ho's grasp.

Once she arrives home she slips off her heels and wiggles her toes. She then sets her things down on the couch and plops down. She grabs her phone and finds texts.

'Keep my updated.'

'I'll take Ms. Im home.'

'Have you gone home yet?'

'Jae Eun?'

'Jae Eun, Mr. Hwang drove me home. He seems tense. Let us know when you're home.'

'Just dropped off Ms. Im.'

'Are you home?'

'I told the attendant to make sure you got home safe. Did he take care of you?'

Jae Eun quickly responds to Ha Na telling her that she got home safely. Before she could even respond to Min Hyun, she receives a call from Ha Na.

"Hello?" Jae Eun answers.

"Jae Eun!" Ha Na calls out. "What happened? Is everything okay?"

"I'm fine, Ha Na," Jae Eun stretches into the back of the couch. "Thanks for telling the attendant to watch for me. He was really nice."

"The attendant? That was Mr. Hwang's doing. He was gorgeous. If Mr. Hwang wasn't there I would have talked to him more," Ha Na says in a dreamy state. Jae Eun hums in agreement and chuckles. "Wait, so tell me what happened! I was so worried to leave you."

"Nothing happened. We just had dinner," Jae Eun tells her. "Wait give me a sec. I'll connect to my earphones so I can get ready for bed."

"Alright," Ha Na hums. She herself was already ready for bed and was just waiting to hear from Jae Eun. Jae Eun connects her earphones and checks the connection. When she see's that it was fine, she stands and heads for her room. "Nothing happened during the dinner?"

"We just ate," Jae Eun says not wanting to delve further into the topics of the dinner. Feeling frustrated about not getting anything more from her, Ha Na groans.

"Well what about after? He didn't do anything to you, right? He seemed really possessive and aggressive when I was there," Ha Na asks.

"He's usually calm. He was calm during dinner. We were able to peacefully finish the dinner," Jae Eun explains and somehow she is reminded of all of the times she had defended him in the past. She quickly changes out of her clothes and tosses her clothes into the bin. She then proceeds to go to the bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth.

"I find that hard to believe," Ha Na sighs as she adjusts herself in her bed. She stares up at the ceiling and hears Jae Eun wince. "You okay?"

Jae Eun silently curses to herself as she gently moves her bruised wrist around. "I'm fine."

Ha Na thinks she had just made up the sound as she feels the fatigue catch up to her. "If you say so."

"Ha Na, there wasn't anything to be worried about. I'm already home. You can go to sleep now and I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" Jae Eun finishes the call and the two hang up. Jae Eun runs water over her wrist and winces at the touch. "I hope this gets better by morning."
