Forever

They say good things come to those who wait
So I waited and waited
After all that waiting you came into my life causing a whirling of emotions
With the strength of tidal wave I pored my love unto you.
And like a tsunami you swept me up and carried me into the storm.
Like thunder you cracked and whipped me into submission.
My tears mixed in with raindrops. Salty on my lips.
I cried asking for forgiveness, the roaring sea needing To be free
And with the calm Sea breeze.
You took soul away
My smile never touched my lips
it was never meant to be
You crushed my heart
Laughed at my pain
Even though I was happy the world was never for my taking
No longer allowed to feel
No more laughter from my lips
My embrace turns cold
My heart no longer beats to the sound of music
feeding on anger and pain
An empty shell of nothingness
A worthless waste
A beautiful picture just waiting to be burned
The Woman you destroyed
