Chaos in Class

As the next few days passed I was slowly getting used to my new environment. Whenever we had a break I would take out my basketball and do a couple of cool tricks with it while Zach used a levitation spell to keep a basketball hoop floating. I shot multiple baskets and started getting serious to the point where I didn't notice everybody start crowding around me. It wasn't until I was practically jumping up to dunk the ball that I noticed everyone staring, I mean I didn't mind it but I did feel a bit embarrassed as I landed back on the ground. As I stood back up I noticed that the boy that came to pick on me on the train was coming towards me, I believe his name was Matt.

"Hey, punk! You still owe me for that stunning spell you used on me while we were on the train!" He yelled as he neared me. I smiled,

"Really? 'Cause I can do much worse." I said as I waited for him to come closer,

"I was just surprised okay?! I can totally beat you!" I could tell that he was boasting and trying to look cool in front of everyone,

"Okay, sure keep telling yourself that, anyway I don't got time for you. I still have a broom flying class to get to. As I turned around to walk away I heard Zach shout,

"Axel look out!" I turned around just a second too late and felt Matt's fist connect with my head. I went flying across the yard and I knew that I must have gotten at least a minor concussion, I was really pissed off. I stood up and glared at Matt who was looking at me with a look of triumph in his eyes. It immediately faded when he saw my eyes. I could tell that they were shining again,

"Ya know that sneaking up on people is just dirty play right?" I said as I slowly walked over to him. Fun fact, I also did martial arts and gymnastics, the result? I was VERY athletic, as I flipped over Matt when he charged at me I turned around and kicked him hard in the back,

"That was a warning, next time I won't miss," I said as I walked away, this time without anybody attacking me from behind.

As I arrived in class, I soon got introduced to Madame Hooch, the broomstick teacher, and quidditch referee. We were instructed to mount our brooms and I got on my without any trouble, in fact, right after she had finished giving instructions and allowed us to test fly. I was speeding and maneuvering around the school castle. I got so much into it that I didn't even think about heading back to the ground until I heard Madame Hooch call out to me,

"Dursley! Get back down here right now!" I immediately knew it wouldn't be the best news but I abided and flew down.

"Never in my entire life... Have I seen such good broom skills! Why you're ever greater than Harry Potter and his children!"

I looked up, surprised that I hadn't been yelled at but praised instead!

"I know it doesn't happen often but we made exceptions for Harry a couple of years ago and I think that we can make exceptions for you now, would you like to be a member on the Hufflepuff quidditch team?" I stared at her in excitement and joy.

"Really?!" I asked, I couldn't believe it, me a Quidditch player? It was truly a miracle. I looked up and told her,

"Yes!"

Everybody was staring at me like I was some kind of saint, Matt looked like he was ready to strangle me but even that didn't bring me down. I was so happy that I could feel my eyes start shining.
