As Madame Hooch led me away from the class after my eyes started glowing, she turned to face me,
"How are you doing that?" she asked pointing at my eyes which were still glowing no matter how hard I tried to get them to stop.
"I honestly don't know, it just well happens..." I replied, feeling a bit awkward.
As we continued walking towards Headmaster McGonagall's office, multiple students who were walking among the halls kept pointing at me and staring at me as if I were an abomination.
I was relieved when we finally reached the entrance to her office. Madame Hooch walked up to the two gargoyles and said,
"Dumbledore" and the two gargoyles moved aside and we started climbing the stairs.
"Wasn't Dumbledore the previous headmaster? You know before Snape and McGonagall?" I asked looking at Madame Hooch, I could see that it was a touchy subject so I looked away and pretended that I didn't ask the question. As we walked up the staircase my mind was flooding with questions but I pushed them aside as we reached the top of the staircase and arrived at a door.
"May I come in?" announced Madame Hooch as she knocked on the door.
"Yes, go on ahead." another voice sounded from the other side of the door.
As Madame Hooch opened the door I found myself looking at Headmistress McGonagall.
"Oh, and what do we have the pleasure of seeing you here Mr. Dursley?" Headmistress McGonagall asked as she looked up from the book she was reading. I looked at her eye to eye and I could see the surprise enter her eyes when she saw that my eyes were glowing.
"Umm... Madame Hooch brought me here... Also, I'm here because of this." I said pointing at my eyes.
"Yes, I can see that"
"Umm Professor McGonagall if I may, I brought Axel here to discuss if it were possible for him to be added to the Hufflepuff quidditch team. He shows great potential and I think it would be a waste if we were to ignore his talent until next year."
"Ah, yes I suppose that would be quite a waste indeed, well I guess I can allow it since this isn't the first time that this has happened. Go and introduce him to the team as I make some arrangements for a broom."
"Thank you, Professor McGonagall." Madame Hooch said as we walked out the door.
I looked up at her,
"Am I really on the team? Do I get to meet the other members right now?!"
"Hold up first you gotta figure out the problem with your eyes. Try and get them to stop glowing before we meet the other members." Madame Hooch said while we headed towards various different classes.
I started taking deep breaths and tried clearing my mind whilst envisioning my eyes going back to normal.
"Did it work?" I asked looking at Madame Hooch.
She turned around to look at me,
"Yeah it worked"
I smiled as we slowly went down to the quidditch field, it was really big and I was astonished, I turned to face Madame Hooch,
"Are they coming?"
"Yes dear, I believe I can see them already." She said looking up into the sky, I followed to where her sightline was and I saw six figures flying down towards us.
