Peter had to take a moment to calm himself down, his mind racing, utterly terrified of what his findings meant. Oh god...okay...need to calm down...breathe, I need to breathe...inhale, and exhale....Oh who am I kidding I can't calm down! A knife. Evie had a knife! And as much as I don't want to admit it I'm pretty sure I know what she was going to use it for... Thank god MJ and Ned were able to warn the resort, but know the security guards are outside looking for whatever threat MJ and Ned said. How am I going to get back inside? I can't let anyone see me, especially not whilst I'm in my suit. Everyone will figure out who I am then!

Peter's thoughts were interrupted by Karen's voice, "Peter, you have an incoming call from Ned Smiling face with Sunglasses Emoji, do you want to accept?" Peter sighed in relief, eager to hear what's going on in the resort, "Yes, please." She did as he asked, and soon Ned's voice rang through his ears, "Dude, are you okay?" He asked immediately, "Yeah, I'm fine. What's happening? Are you and MJ okay?" Ned let out and exasperated breath, "Yeah, we're both fine, but everyone is awake and in the lobby now. There are security guards everywhere!"

"What did you guys say?" Peter asked as he watched a few of the security guards start climbing up the hill towards him. "MJ said that she had been looking outside when she saw someone running around with a machete. They believed us immediately, but now everything is on lockdown." Peter laughed but there wasn't any humour behind it, "Oh the irony. Well, you guys did good. Evie ran away immediately and left her bag. You guys will both want to know what's inside, but I'll show you that when I get back. Where's MJ?"

"She's being questioned by some of the security guards, and I think there are police on the way as well. She's doing really well though, I can just hear what's she's saying and she's come up with a real solid story, and an alibi for you as well, saying that your having stomach problems and are stuck in the bathroom." Peter genuinely laughed this time, "Of course she said something like that. Tell her thanks when you get the chance." Peter moved silently to another tree so that he would be nearly impossible to spot. "I will. But, how are you going to get back inside?" Peter shrugged, "I dunno. There are guards everywhere and they're getting closer to where I am. I'm in a tree, and I don't think they'd be able to see me, but I can't stay here all night."

"Do you want me to cause another distraction?" Ned suggested. Peter thought that over, "I mean, if you can without it seeming suspicious." If the guards think that all of this was just a stupid prank, we could get into a lot of trouble. "Don't worry, I got an idea. Keep an eye on the guards," Ned said, confidently. "Okay," Peter said before hearing the beep of Ned hanging up. Peter watched down on the guards, who were making their way up the hill, maybe 100 ft away from where he was. Peter looked down, his night vision still activated, and felt a pang of fear run through him when he spotted Evie's footprints in the snow, and if the guards were to find it, they were sure to follow him and search the area, which could lead to Peter being found.

Peter looked back at the guards, praying that Ned would be able to lead them away before they got to close. As if on cue, the guards started shouting to one another. Peter could make out exactly what they had said, but he did hear something about "the front of the resort." He watched as they started running back down the hill and round to the front of the resort. Knowing that his was his only chance to get back to the resort, Peter started jumping between the trees, making his way back without threat of being seen. When he got close enough, he shot a web at the roof of the resort, and pulled himself out of the trees, swinging through the cold air, before landing back on the side of the building. He crawled up towards the window that Michelle had left open, and climbed back inside.

He fell down onto the floor and let out a huge sigh of relief. He took a brief moment to collect himself, but he knew that some people may start wondering where he was, stomach problems or not. He pushed himself up, took off his suit and stashed it back into his suitcase. He looked down at the tool box that he had brought back with him. Where can I hide this? He thought for a moment, before coming up with a spot where it would be incredibly difficult to hide. He walked back over to the window, pulled it open again, scooped up all the snow that had collected on the small ledge, placed down the toolbox, which thankfully wasn't very tall, but instead long and flat, before dumping the snow back on top of it until it was completely hidden in snow.
