Meeting Larry and Laurent aka chapter 3

Current day

"Wake up Mori!"Jamie (My "sister") yelled repeatedly while smacking me with her pillow.

"Im up ! Stop!"I grabbed her pillow and threw it across the room

"About time! We need to go!"She whined

"We don't have be there until 2 pm. It's 10 something"

"So "she shrugs "better safe than sorry"

"Mhmm"I mumbled burying my face back into my pillow

"Wait were you even listening?!"

She pinched my sides" yes! I was resting my eyes. goodness!"

"Come on! The sooner I meet the men of my dreams the sooner I'll be up and out this house."

I sat up and stretched " even though I highly doubt that I'll be ready in 25 minutes" I got up and grabbed a towel and headed towards the bathroom

-After shower

I stepped out the shower and wrapped towel around myself. i looked into the mirror. Looking at my eyes still reminds me of him. It still hurts. Pulling my contacts from the drawers I slowly put them in. I avoid all memories of my childhood at least the ones I had before I was adopted.

I have been able to let everything go excepted for this necklace well its an anklet now since Jaime broke it. When we were little she was very jealous that I got more attention. How I got it is a blur but all I know is that I can't bring myself to get rid of it and when I take it off something in my head tells me to automatically put it back on.

"Hurry up I'm dying of old age" Jamie yells banging in the door

"Coming" I yelled just throwing on something I'm not dancing I'm just spectating.

-At the dance studio

I come in and everyone's talking and warmed up or playing around. You know the usual the Tuesday. Food came 15 minutes late but that didn't bother nobody.

Jamie took her place near the front and within seconds I was hidden behind all the spectators. I was on my phone occasionally looking up to see Jamie making faces and throwing her hands up in the air she always did that when she got frustrated. I'll give her credit the moves were a little advanced.

After about 15 minutes of them trying to teach choreography someone yelled "Break!" everyone dispersed quickly

Jamie came over panting

"I need water "

"what? "

"girl stop playin I need w-"

"Water! Aqua!"

"Oh this? "I held up an empty bottle

her mouth dropped

"you didn't"

"see what had happened was, when I was watching you I got perched."

"Perched? Perched? You are about get punched"

She pounced on me. I quickly grabbed her wrists and slug her to the side then  started tickling her.

"Haha! Stop! I'm mad at you"

" You're what?" I kept going

"I-I-haha stop!"she  laughed loudly causing people to look

"I don't think I heard you correctly "she tried to crawl away but I was telling her tricks we're always this childish

"Im sorry! Dang! "I stopped and she laid on the floor breathing heavy

"What you do?" A male asking behind me

Looking up I realized it was Laurent. I think that was his name.

Jamie look up and pointed at me" she hurt me Laurent. Go beat her up"

"No she might beat me up too" he said backing up two steps pretending to be scared

"No no I'm an angel"

" Yeah right don't believe her. She has those puppy eyes that can kill" she  put unneeded emphasis on the word kill

I stood up and ran behind him "They're bullying me" I gave him my biggest puppy I am poked out my bottom lip

"Why you do that "he pushed Lau shoulder (not hard)

"I see what you mean "he nods to Jamie

"So what's your name" Larry turned so he fully face me

" oh I'm a Amori nice to meet you"I held out my hand

"I Larry" he kissed the back of my hand

"I know" I say smiling

"You dance? "

"Yes a little but I'm no where near you"

"No one like me. Just like no one as beautiful as you"

I covered my face feeling embarrassed.

"Larry stop flirting" Laurent said

" Sorry how about we go eat after work shop" Larry says swirling his thumb on the back of my hand.

" haven't known you 2 for 40 minutes and you are all ready trying to date my sister" Jamie says shaking her head

"Oh I meant a friendly eat out but if she wants a date I'll take her on a date "Larry smirked
