"What's the meaning of this?" Tears start falling from your eyes as your lips quivered in pain to see your bf of three years sleeping with another girl in your shared apartment.

"It's not what it looks like!" Your boyfriend wraps a blanket around his waist as the girl who was sleeping next to him has just awoken.

He comes over to you and holds your shoulders.
"Please, y/n." He looks into your eyes as you just gave him an empty look.

"There's nothing to explain, Seojun." You shook your head as tears fall down one last time, turning away from him to leave.

*3 weeks later*

"Yah! Are you still thinking about that jerk?" Your friend, Yuri, pushes you on the shoulder as you zapped out from your daydream.

"Huh?" You blinked multiple times and looked up dumbfounded.

"Aish, you shouldn't be thinking about him. He's not even worth it!" She pats you on the back and smiled warmly at you.

You nodded and played with the food in front of you. "I-I really am trying....it's just that I can't control it."

You sighed deeply and looked down at the ground.

"Hey!" Yuri slams you into a hug with her.

"What are you doing?" You coughed at the tight embrace and tried to get away from her.

"I love you so much-" She holds onto your jaw and tries to kiss your cheeks.

"Eww! Gross-" You pushed her away and turned around to the other side.

That's when you saw Seojun......with that girl again. Your smile turned upside down.

They immediately became official after you have just broken up with him. You scoffed at the memory of Seojun saying that it was nothing.

However you were saddened at the sight of him again. You turned to look at Yuri.

"It's okay, Yuri. You don't need to protect me from him. I'll be fine."

Yuri shots you a concerned look and gave you a hug once again.

It's been days since the incident of seeing Seojun again. You thought you were doing great, however the moment you see him you just couldn't help yourself.

"Hey~" Yuri calls out.

"Hmm?" You lift your head up to look at her.

"Look at that couple over there!" She whispers intensively to you.

You turned your attention to the couple to see a guy holding hands with a cat hybrid.

You opened your mouth shocked.
"I've actually heard that hybrids are getting popular nowadays..."

She nudges your elbow and continues. "The hybrids are actually known for their loyalty and non-betrayal behaviors."

You watched as the couple were now feeding one another. Your felt a pang of pain shooting through your heart again.

"So what are you implying..?" You question Yuri, but kept your eyes on the couple.

"That maybe it's time for you to look for someone new." She holds onto your shoulders and makes you face her direction.

"W-what? That's crazy, I mean I haven't even gotten over Seojun yet." You shook your head 'no' and licked your lips.

"But he doesn't have to be human.." Yuri points to the couple once again.
