Cassie's POV It was finally Christmas. I was in Pennsylvania with Jack, Lavender, and Ocean. We decided after Lavender goes to Gabbie for New Year that on New Years, we would go to Virginia to celebrate. Jack and I talked to management to see if we could announce that Ocean is both our child. Management agreed to let me announce it in 2020 around January 5.
I was in the kitchen helping Kristin cook Christmas breakfast while Jack was out in the backyard playing with Ocean and Isla. I went to wake Sydnie and Ava up to let them know breakfast was ready. Ocean was obviously happy and giggling. I left him with Sydnie and I got Lavender up. Ocean and Lavender were on the floor playing with toys. Jack said "Merry Christmas Cass" and gave me a peck on the lips. I said "Merry Christmas Jack!" Jack took me out in the backyard and bend down on one knee. He opened the ring box and said "this is not an engagement ring but a promise ring. I promise to love and cherish you more than I did in our past relationship. I am grateful for you taking another chance on me." I of course said "this is the best Christmas present ever!" He slid the ring onto my finger.

After everyone opened the presents, we settled down and watch The Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack went to get hot chocolate for me and himself. Lavender was being a bit fussy while Ocean was just interacting with himself. It was about 8:30 and we put both kids to bed. Gabbie was gonna pick Lavender up tomorrow and fly down to Florida where her mother was. Me and the other two were all packed for Virginia. I made plans with Corbyn and Jonah to head down to Cabo in January. Jack is gonna take Ocean and fly back to Virginia after New Years. Jack and I cuddled on the couch for a bit and headed back to our room. He kissed my forehead and we fell asleep.
