January 1, 2020 Cassie's pov I had just gotten to the hotel with Jonah, Tate, Christina, and Corbyn in Cabo. I was in a room by myself since Jack and Ocean were back in Pennsylvania. I unpacked my bikini and my sunscreen. My bump was still small. So you couldn't really tell. I called the girls over to my room. I put up a camera on the table where the TV was. The girls knocked and I told them to come in. I said "So I have been meaning to tell you girls something." Tate replied " what is it?" I said "Before I left, I had Ocean take some cute pictures. Want to see?" "Sure" said Christina and Tate at the same time. So I pulled out my phone and showed them the picture.

Tate said "Are you serious?" While Christina was looking at it shocked. Christina said "Am I going to be an aunt again?" I said "yeah! The baby's coming September 2020. We are waiting until I hit 2 months which is January 26 to see the OB/GYN. But you can't tell anyone else." Tate said "Who did you tell Cass?" I said "Jack and my family." "Corbyn knows" said Chris" I said "basically. Ok enough of this, let's go to the beach." They went back to their hotel rooms and got ready for the beach.
I headed down there first with Jonah and Corbyn. I decided to post a photo with the girls in Cabo and post a throwback photo of when I went to Florida with Corinna to see Keren. I definitely do miss going to Florida just because of Keren and Khoa and their children. I also wanted to post some real shit on Instagram about the truth of postpartum and what it can do. I wanted to wait until I got back to the hotel to post it.
I was sitting on a lounge chair when I got a FaceTime request from Jack. I answered it and Ocean popped up. Ocean said "Hi mama." I replied "Hi bubba where's daddy?" Jack said "I'm right here. How was your flight to Cabo?" I said "It's good except I'm fifth wheeling the two couples." Jack then said "You won't have to anymore... Look behind you!" I turned around and saw Jack. I ran to him and he picked me up, spinning me around. I said "I can't believe you are here." Ocean was behind him and I hugged him so tightly. He was already in his swim trunks and had his goggles on. I said to Jack "This reminds me of the time I took him and Sutton swimming in Keren's pool. We swam for awhile and Tate was holding Ocean in her arms. I realized with the baby on the way, Jack and I needed to spend one on one time with Ocean more before the baby #2's due date. I made reservations at a little place for a family lunch between Ocean, Jack, and I. We finished lunch and went back to the hotel to drop off Jack's luggages which had Ocean's necessities in them. I edited the video revealing how Jack is Ocean's father and I uploaded it.

Liked by tatedoll and 245,877 others CassieJames: this is an appreciation to the girls who stuck by me!! These 2 in the 1st pic are 2 of my best friends, they have been with through rough times. I first met Christina (beautychickee)in 2016 and I just remember how sweet and dorky she was as a person. She might be my brother's gf but she was my best friend first. I bumped into her during my first day at NYU in 2016. We got along so well that we became roommates at one point. She had helped me throughout my pregnancy with Ocean. As for Tate (tatedoll), she came along when I needed her & Christina the most. She was one of the people I told my pregnancy about. She was supportive of me. As people have said, " when you become a mom, you will learn who your true friends are." I did and I also got new friends like KerenSwan and CorinnaKopf (pictured with me in the 2nd pic) along the way. I remember going through postpartum depression when Ocean was born. It had gotten to the point where I had suicidal thoughts. However, Tate and Christina were 2 of the people that pushed me to overcome it. I am right now sitting here with my son and his father. I'm thinking how lucky I am to have friends like them by my side. Comments Disabled
