The fire of their friendship found me when I felt all alone,
but it's strong flames seem to have died out now that we've all grown.I burn all of the bridges connecting us to keep warm in this neverending blizzard,
just like an old rose,
I feel so withered.I feel separate from my body as the flames grow taller,
I can feel the waves of hopelessness growing stronger,
they catch me as I fall down,
and they force me under, hugging me as I drown. The fire of their friendship scoops me up out of the sea,
they refuse to let me flee.
