A/N
So uh, this can get a bit violent, and it has a angsty twist too, so prepare yourself. I wrote this at 2am in the morning, after getting my ass whooped in a game by a friend, so uh, expect to see a little bit of my craziness creeping in.
The story is based on the two, where Sera is sick with Corona (damn you), and John takes care of her, although it does have a twist, a very sad twist. Anyways, I hoped you enjoy it! @Readercky2 Was the one who suggested the angst, so I hope you liked it!
Again, you can still request a plot or idea, although I do suggest that the next one you choose is a happier one, lol. Anyways, enjoy, and thanks for reading. :)
"Your hair is beautiful."
Laying down on the white mattress, I sighed, the magenta strands of my hair tickling the sides of my face. I would've smiled at the ravenette staring back at me, if it wasn't for the fact that the very being of me felt like it was being frozen to death. Yep, you got it, I was sick, and judging by the worried look on John's face, it was beginning to get bad.
"You flatter me," I croaked out, staring back at him. I was shaking, my hands cradling my head as I laid it against the soft feather pillow. well, maybe not feathered, but it felt really soft.
Tracing a hand against my forehead, John grimaced. "Jeez, you don't have to talk, you aren't looking too good there..." He gave me a teasing stare, the look disappearing as soon as I didn't smile back.
Was I smiling? I couldn't tell, the nauseating feeling that clouded my head was all I could think about as I stared into the distance, or no, I was staring at a cupboard. Jeez, I'm getting dramatic with everything...
"Im gonna get you some water," John quickly stated, turning towards the doorway of the room and leaving. Why did he always leave? I wanted him to stay, so he could distract me from the horrible sensation running through my body. Was he gonna come back?
Turning to the side, I rolled myself to my other hip, hacking a couple of coughs before closing my eyes. Was I still coughing? I couldn't concentrate on the movement of my mouth or the sound of the ragged breaths I took. The symmetric rhythm of my heart pulse made me pause for a moment, before I curled my legs to my chest.
Thump, thump, thump.
Steadying my breathing, I glanced up at the ceiling. The blinds from the window were closed, casting the dark horror movie vibe. What now? I was going to get stabbed to death? The murder wouldn't even need to do anything, cause this 'Corona' virus was doing plenty.
"Sera~" a voice from the kitchen sang, as the black haired boy entered the room. His singing was terrible, so I could hear the cracks and imperfections even while I was here, dying. Wow, he must have that bad of a voice then.
Thump, thump, thump.
"I brought you some water," he murmed, putting a transparent crystal like glass of water on the table side, so I could see it. Narrowing my eyes slightly, I tried to see my reflection in the glass.
I felt two hands trail myself shoulders, sitting me up. "You can't drink water while laying down," John explained. And then kneeled down to my level, bringing the cup to my lips. Flinching at the pain, I leaned back against the headboard of the bed.
Nodding slowly, I reached for the glass, cupping it in my hands. "S-sorry..." I whispered softly to John, pursing my lips and looking at the wall in front of me. He shouldn't have to worry about me, this wasn't his responsibility.
Thump, thump, thump.
Sitting next to me against the bed, the ravenette wrapped an arm around my shoulders, pulling me close to his chest. "You dont have to apologize for anything," he whispered softly.
