Iso's POV:

I made us breakfast and gave it to the girls as always Jen ate without saying a thing I think she was really hungry while Mira really liked it and Ursula was about to throw up because she was not the type of healthy food, well she had to learn cause the healthier you eat you better you get .
After we had our breakfast I saw Ursula snd Mira fighting on who is going to sit in the front and since they were distracted I got in the front seat and Jen looked at me and we laughed hard on how neither of them got to sit in the front .
As soon as we reach the hospital , each one of us headed toward her office .
I got to my office and I had some paperwork that I had to do , while I was doing my work  Ursula came to my office and said that she needed me with a patient .
I left the paperwork cause the patient is more important .
When I enter the room I saw a girl who seemed like she was in her teen years and I immediately felt very bad since I had to tell her she had cancer  and she needed to take chemo and radiation for it .

Iso : Hi my name is Dr. Iso what is your name ?

Patient : My name is Liz .

Iso : Liz such a great name, look Liz I have to tell me something, Liz baby you have cancer and you need chemo and radiation that will help you to get over it .
But wait before you loose hope in life, here is my friend Dr. Ursula, she is one the best  oncologists in the country, so I'm so sure that she will take good care of you and always remember that you are stronger than any disease  ok ?

Liz : I'm afraid, cancer can kill me, can you save me Dr. Ursula ?

Ursula : I will do my best Liz I promise .

Liz : then I will try my best to fight it, thank you Dr. Iso .

Wow that was one of the strongest girls I have ever seen, hope her chemo and radiation goes well .

Jen's POV :

When we reached the hospital I went strait to my office, I put on my coat, got my stethoscope and headed to a few patients that I have to check, Jim who had a surgery of joint replacement, Lena who had a broken arm and finally Lusy who had to go through surgery to get her shoulder back in place .
They all looked alright and then I got paged to the ER, I ran off to the ER and and heard the paramedics shout the info of the incident :

Male , 18 years old , car crush , broken arm , possible concussion , dislocated shoulder and cuts and bruises .

I ran to the patient only to be shocked that it was my little brother, I got paralyzed and couldn't hear anything I was about to pass out but I caught myself .
I walked up and started to treat him even though it was against protocol since I was by now emotionally broken .
My mind was not clear and I thought hundreds of thoughts on how did the car accident happened and what if I loose him now, he is my only brother .
I saw that Miya one of my fellows came up to me and started at the patient and she widen her eyes as she recognizes Niall .

Miya : look at me Jen leave this to me I will take good care of him .

Jen : No Miya I have to treat him I can't afford to loose him too .

Miya : Page Dr. Iso please .

Jen : No Miya I said I will treat him .

And that was the last thing I said before Iso took my hand and head me to another room away from my brother Niall .

Iso : look Jen I know you have a bad history with car crashes but I know Niall will go through this, he is strong, he was only 10 when he lost his parents , not to mention you where 20 .

Jen : I can't ... I just can't, Iso please I need to make sure that he is alright .

Iso : you know that he is in good hands and now listen to me carefully you should stay calm and stay away from that room till you can visit him ok ?

Jen : I will try my best .

Iso : I suggest you to go and help Mira with her lab results that will calm you down, plus you can talk to her, you always seemed so relieved around her .

I did what I was told but I was still nervous, I knew that Iso was right about the calming down part cause I had passed out several times when I was treating mom and dad only to find out that they were brain dead .
