I said, You said

I told you I'd get over you,

But in that crowd I only see you,

My senses go blind,

And suddenly all I see is what I feel inside,

I told you you I'd get over you,

And I'm not doing it,

I'm not even close,

I haven't even begun,

When will I finally manage .... to get over it, you?

Did you really love me?

Do you really need me? You said you'd never leave but the thing is, you did.

All those words were pretty lies,

Poison wrapped as a present,

Now I wish you had left me be,

But I have to deal with what I feel instead,

So thanks for that,

For breaking my heart,

Even though, I think you know, I loved you from the start,

You said you'd never leave me,

I told you I'd forget,

You said you loved me,

And I believed you, I really did,

And now I'm filled with regret,
