Chapter 12

Warren's POV

I can't believe Kara doesn't remember the kiss! She acted so weird about it when I mentioned it..

I thought I could finally be happy again but I guess I was wrong..

She is just like Max..

Kara will break my heart just like Max did..

Kara's POV

I'm really worried.

I'm starting to forget a lot more things...

It's so weird that I only seem to forget my memories of Warren and some memories of Kate.

The last thing I remember about Kate is that she died and I couldn't save her..

I walked outside, hoping to get some fresh air.

What I see breaks my heart..

Warren was sitting by himself and it looked as if he hadn't slept in days..

"Are you okay?" I ask him.

"I'm fine."

"No you're not!" I say in an irritated voice.

"Why do you care?!" He snapped.

"I just do!"

"I have to go." He tries to walk away but I roughly grab his arm and pull him back.

He looks into my eyes and for a moment I could see the hurt in his eyes..

"I'm sorry."

"You said you don't remember the kiss. Maybe this will help you remember.."

I look at him confused.

He wraps an arm around my waist and pulls me really close to him.

What is he doing?!?

He connects our lips and we can kiss for a while before I pull away.

I still don't remember..

Warren smiles at me and I stand there awkwardly.

"I have to talk to Stella about something. See you later, Warren."

"Bye Kara."

I run to the girl's dorms and go to my room.

A few minutes later..

I hear a knocking on my door.

I opened the door and burst into tears.

"Kate?! Oh my god! I thought you were dead!!"

Tears ran down my face as Kate hugged me.

"You saved me. Don't you remember?" Kate asked in a concerned voice.

"No I'm forgetting stuff about you and Warren."

Kate stared at me for a moment then she said something I never thought she would say..
