No One's P.O.V.
"You ready to go?" Bakugo asked the greenette who was looking more happy than usual. Today they were to go and visit home for the weekend, and they were excited as they hadn't been home in awhile. Bakugo and Izuku both decided they would be coming out to their parents this weekend, and they were both nervous.
"As ready as I can be." Deku replied with a soft smirk, causing Bakugo's heart to practically melt, as he lightly smiled back at his adorable little 'friend'. They held hands on their way out.
No, they weren't official yet, but they were to be one day and wanted the world to know it, so they would show small bits of P.D.A. when out together.
They walked home together hand in hand, and as they reached their houses in their same neighborhood, they parted with a gentle kiss. They knew they'd be seeing each-other this weekend as they were still neighbors, but they both were feeling tad bits of separation anxiety as being together meant a lot to them, and the thought of not being with each-other even just momentarily, ate at the both of them.
Deku paused at his door, hesitating to knock. It'd been so long since he'd seen his mother, and he had new scars so he was worried about her reaction. With a deep breath, Izuku knocked on the door, only to be met immediately by his mother quickly opening the door and hugging his waist as she was so much shorter. Inko had missed her son greatly.
"Hey mom." Deku said with a soft comforting smile.

Things with Katsuki were not much different. As he opened the door and greeted his parents his mom had immediately smacked him on the back of the head telling him to knock instead of just barging in giving them a slight panic attack. Bakugo came up a sly remark immediately getting into a heated argument with his mother, that his dad stood on the sidelines trying to stop.
Bakugo knew it was now or never, and so he stopped and took a breath. "Mom, dad, take a seat." He practically commanded, sneering slightly. He wasn't used to telling his parents such big things, as it normally didn't matter to him.
He let our a deep annoyed, but secretly fearful breath.
"Mom, dad I-" he began but was cut off before he could finish by his mother.
"Is this about your failing grades? Your father and I are fairly disappointed with them, you know? If you keep scoring like that, we fear you might not become the top hero. Your father and I suggest you stop doing whatever it is you've been doing since these bad grades began, because it's going to lead to your downfall." She ranted clueless.
Bakugo was normally never concerned with his mothers words, but in that moment they had taken a hit to his heart.
"Yeah, that..." He said looking down somewhat upset. "I'm going to my room." He said, not acting like his usual self at all, taking his parents by surprise. Bakugo's mother was about to go up and check on him, but his father held her back understanding that he probably wouldn't want to speak. Bakugo stayed cooped up inside of his room for the rest of the day, thoughts filling his mind harshly.
'Is Deku really going to ruin my career in the hero industry?'
'Am I going to fail my dreams because of Deku?'
'Am I going to fail myself because of Deku, letting those extras get ahead of me?'
These thoughts kept rushing into Bakugo's mind from the moment he got there to the next morning. Bakugo hadn't slept at all that night prior, as he was stuck making this decision between his future as a hero or his future with Deku.
