At the university, Taeyong and the others were seated on the bleachers while they're having their break and watching basketball, or should they say watch Lucas. Jungwoo asked them to go with him to watch Lucas play on practice so they did. They didn't have any classes after breaks.
A whistle was heard over the court, meaning both teams are having a time out. Jungwoo runs down to give Lucas a water bottle, even though there's an ice bucket with water bottles in it provided by the coaches.
"Is this what you should do when you have a boyfriend?" Taeyong asked, furrowing his eyebrows and frowned.
Doyoung laughed at him, "You're smart but stupid at the same time."
The boy pouted, "What do you mean?"
"It depends. You can do everything with your lover. Jungwoo just wanted to support Lucas on this game since the team really wanted to play on this year's interschool games. I bet, if you got a boyfriend, you guys would probably stay at the apartment. Either you guys are cuddling...or doing something else," the bunny answered.
"It's if I get a boyfriend," Taeyong said.
Doyoung winced, "You've so many admirers and none of them were your types?"
The boy shrugged, "It's...not my priority yet."
"You're going to eat your words."
Taeyong chuckled, "I'll have my boyfriend after college."
Doyoung crossed his arms, "You're going to treat me if you have a boyfriend before graduation."
"Then what if I didn't?"
"I'll treat you then."
The three of them stayed at the gymnasium for hours. Taeyong and Doyoung continued teasing each other until the practice game was finished. The intramurals were near so each teams from different courses are practicing right now to compete on the interschool games. Taeyong wasn't in any sports club, he wasn't really a sports guy to start with.
He was more on academics, and maybe dancing.
Doyoung and Taeyong walks out of the building, leaving Jungwoo to Lucas. The two talked about the thesis they were making while they were walking towards the main gate of the university.
"I'll try and bring my hybrid on the intramurals since there would be no classes," Doyoung said.
"What animal is it?" the boy asked.
"A cat."
Taeyong furrowed his eyebrows, "You're not a cat person, neither a dog person."
Doyoung rolled his eyes, "Then what should I do? It's also a thesis so I won't be picky. Also, it's nice having a cat in the dorm," he explained, "What's yours?"
"A dog."
"Oh, well, that's not surprising. Where did you get him? Or her?" Doyoung asked.
"Uhm..."
Taeyong was cut off by a dog jumped and puts his paws on the boy's hips. The boy looked at the dog and immediately, his eyes widened.
"Awe, is this the golden retriever we saved?" Doyoung asked and crouched to the level of the dog. He pats his head and seemed like the animal loved being petted.
Taeyong cleared his throat, "U-Uh, yeah...I think so."
"Cute boy," Doyoung praised.
Geez, why is Jae here?
"He seemed to really like you, Taeyong," the bunny stated, looking at the boy.
Taeyong shrugged and chuckled, "Well, you know me, dogs love me in general."
"Why don't you adopt him as well?"
"I'm thinking about it," Taeyong lied.
Doyoung hummed, "Maybe let it be our campus pet. I'm sure people would be fond of this big boy."
The boy just nodded, "Yeah...why not? Anyway, I'll get going now."
Taeyong puts the dog down and waved at Doyoung. He walked as fast as he could. He didn't want Doyoung to be suspicious. The bunny is smart so it's impossible if he won't be asking Taeyong about a dog following him back home.
He walked until he was infront of his apartment. Jaehyun ran towards the human and into the opened apartment. Taeyong locked the door behind him and threw his bag on the couch. Jaehyun ran into the boy's room to go back to human and wear some clothing.
"Jae, why did you do that?" Taeyong asked.
Jaehyun comes out, looking guilty.
"I just wanted to walk you home. I was worried," Jaehyun answered in his soft tone.
Taeyong sighed and walked closer to the man, "I'm not angry or upset. I just wasn't expecting you to come at the university," he said and smiled at the man, "I'm really not restricting you from fetching me to school. It's cute, thank you for being worried."
The boy pinched both of the man's cheek and chuckled. Jaehyun smiled back and was happy that Taeyong didn't scold him.
"I'll bring you to the university next week so that I could finally introduce you to them, okay? Then you could walk around in your human form whenever you like," Taeyong said.
Jaehyun nodded, "Okay, Taeyongie."
"Good boy. Such a good boy~"
