"Good morning, Taeyongie," Jaehyun greeted.

Taeyong smiled at him, "You're cooking again for me?"

The man nodded, "I just finished. Eat well."

The boy sat down and eats up his breakfast. Jaehyun just sat there and keeps a conversation going. For a hybrid, he does have many things to talk about. He just looks like a man that doesn't like talking that much.

Taeyong could say he knows Jaehyun on the surface. It has just been weeks so it's normal to know little. He just won't stop there.

After breakfast, Taeyong goes to prepare himself for school while Jaehyun started cleaning the apartment. Taeyong did teach him how to clean the apartment while he's gone. Taeyong did nothing but to teach Jaehyun some basic stuff to know. Jaehyun got a phone so he needs to teach him how to use it as well.

The man learns fast and that goes to the boy's data for the thesis. The only numbers that was on Jaehyun's contacts was Taeyong's and the emergency services. Cute thing was Jaehyun asked Taeyong for a selfie.

The selfie wasn't just for Taeyong's contact picture, Jaehyun made his picture for his phone's wallpaper. And the reason?

"So that everyone knows someone owns me."

Taeyong didn't know what to say but he just laughed and caressed the man's fluffy hair.

"Jaehyunnie, are you coming with me?" Taeyong asked, already at the door with his bag in his hand.

"Can I? Can I?" Jaehyun asked excitingly.

Taeyong chuckled, "Of course, baby Jae. Let's go?"

Both of them goes out of the apartment and locked it just in case. They walked on the streets again side by side. Jaehyun even brought Taeyong's bag just because he doesn't want the boy to carry anything.

"You don't have to carry my things," Taeyong said.

"In the movie I watched, the man always carry things for the lady as a sign of respect and being a gentleman," Jaehyun uttered.

"But I'm not a lady."

"What is a boyfriend, Taeyongie?" Jaehyun asked, dodging what Taeyong just said.

The boy looked back at him, "Eh? Why did you ask?"

"In that movie, the man is called the lady's boyfriend. So, what does it mean?"

Taeyong hummed and fidgeted with his fingers, "Boyfriend means a special someone. A guy who cares for you more than anybody. A lover, in other terms."

"Then I'm your boyfriend."

The boy furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head, kept himself from blushing, "N-No! No! It's not like that--"

"Aren't I Taeyongie's special someone?"

"Well...Of course, you are--"

Taeyong was cut off when Jaehyun suddenly grabbed his hand. The boy looked and felt the butterflies in his stomach just came alive. Jaehyun held his hand softly but he felt secured. The large fingers were in between his and curled around his small hand. Jaehyun had this warm smile on his face which just made everything really confusing to Taeyong.

"They do this as a sign of comfort, right?" Jaehyun asked.

Taeyong chuckled, "What movie even is that?"

"I don't know the title but I like it."

They arrived shortly on the street that Jaehyun will stop. Taeyong gets his bag from the man and slowly, slid his hand out of Jaehyun's hold. He wasn't thinking of removing hand but he needs to.

"I'll be going now," Taeyong said.

Jaehyun nodded, "Okay. I'll take my leave after you go."

"Try to dress nicely when you're going to fetch me, alright?"

"Why?"

Taeyong smiled, "I'll let you meet my friends later."

"Ah, alright. I'll see you later then, Taeyongie."

"Okay. Bye!"

Taeyong walked away and looked back to see Jaehyun watching him. Until he was by the gate, Taeyong waved at him before the man waved back and walked back to the apartment.

The boy continued into the campus. He goes straight to the lockers to get some of his textbooks needed in class. He looked at the mirror pasted on the back of the door of his locker, he has a sticky notes pasted on it.

'Midterms this week!!'

Taeyong sighed.

"G'morning, Taeyong," Doyoung greeted, "Why do you look like that? Did something happen?"

Taeyong pointed at the sticky note on his mirror and Doyoung just hummed.

"Well, I'm sure we'll do well this sem. Anyway, meet my cat."

The boy looked at his friend and saw the picture of the cat on his phone.

"Oh, cute!" Taeyong exclaimed at the cute fluffy cat.

"He told me to call him Taeil. I'll bring him next week," Doyoung said with a big smile on his face before he puts his phone in his pocket.

"I'll let you guys know about mine later. I told him to come when he fetches me," Taeyong uttered as he closed his locker.

His friend nodded, "Alright."

"I'll probably spend my night reading and studying the theories," Taeyong sighed.

Their classes just finished this afternoon. They'll take their early leave since it's just their vacant time and they are free to go out of university premises any time. The three were walking to the university's gate to meet Taeyong's hybrid.

"Ah, you'll do great, hyung!" Jungwoo uttered.

"Thanks, Jungwoo."

Doyoung hummed, "So, where's your hybrid?"

The boy looked around when they just stepped out of the campus' gate. He looked at the way Jaehyun should be coming from and the ends of his lips lifted.

"There he is."

Jaehyun ran to their direction until he stood infront of the three. Taeyong cleared his throat.

"Guys, this is Jaehyun. Jae, these are my friends. This is Doyoung and Jungwoo."

Jaehyun smiled and nodded.

"Hi, I'm Jaehyun. Taeyongie's boyfriend."
