Chapter 1-My ordinary life

"Olivia,wake up kiddo.Wake up."I heard a soft voice which I doubt belongs to mom said.As soon as a kiss was placed on my forehead and a hand was going through my hair,I definitely realised it was not mom.

I quickly pulled the small body of my five year sister,Eve and started tickling.She began to laugh.And as I opened my eyes I saw the cute rabbit face which belonged to Eve had a giggle worn over it.I said,"Eve,what's this?You were pretending to be mom,weren't you?"

"No I was pretending to be Melody aunt!"Eve cracked."Ok,now,get your teeth brushed."I said patting on Eve's back."Ok.But I want you to drop me to school today!"She pleaded."I'm sorry honey,I am going an hour earlier today because you woke me early.Mom would be coming any minute-"Mom opened the door and was surprised to see me up early in the morning.

"See?"I tried convincing Eve.She was on the verge of tears when I said,"But I will drop you tomorrow and we will visit Baskin Robins too!"This made her cheer up.She went out of room leaving me alone indicating me to brush my teeth and bathe.

I opened the cupboard and took a pastel pink suit out and a pair of inner garments and went straight into the bathroom.I hung my clothes on the rack and started brushing my teeth.

Eve is the best thing that has ever happened to me.I don't like it when I break her heart.But she clearly cherished my morning.As I was done brushing my teeth,I sang to myself,"Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone..."I enjoyed today.At least today morning.

I came out in my suit and straightened my hair.Then I kept the straightening machine and suddenly turned my mind and hair in a bun.With a touch and subtle make up,I packed my purse and went down.

I was feeling empty as if I had forgotten something.But that thought was erased as soon as I heard Eve coming because she was singing a song.

"I want some gambling.My first kiss.My first everything."Were the exact words from Eve's sweet little mouth.Hell way!

"Slow down the rush,Eve.Where did you hear this from?Who taught you this?"I asked her."I went to Katie's yesterday.She was saying to watch a movie.What was the name?Ahh!Mean girls.But I insisted her to put fashion fairy tale.Mom dropped me at 4:00 and picked me at 6:00!""Did you listen mom!?"I asked mom in surprise.No response."We will stop going to Katie's."I commanded and her face was not sad.It was as cheerful as always.Means Eve was not completely into this mess.Thank gosh!

"Come on now girls,have breakfast!Egg toast is waiting and it's super hot!"Mom called out as she kept the tray in the table.I caught hold of her gloved hands and said,"You used to say this when I was five!"I said and we were both on the verge of tears.My dad who wasn't a talker type was also in tears.

"Why is everybody so emotional suddenly?"Eve asked innocently."Nothing.Its just that toast's hot."I told wiping my tears away."I had warned that the toast was super hot!"Mom said,wiping her tears away.Dad simply peeked into the newspaper.

I sat down and so did Eve.We both started eating.We were talking about Katie.How wicked little girl she had became.My phone rang and it was my bestie,Alice.I had saved her number as Love❤️.

Mom thought it was my boyfriend and she told strictly,"We have a topic in which we have to discuss,Olivia."And with her cough she told me to get out of the kitchen and talk.I obeyed.Of course I wasn't scared but still I could see a hesitation in myself.

"Hello,Al?"I said."What is the matter?"I continued asking.
"I thought you would be sleeping right now." Alice said.
"Was that a taunt?"I taunted her.Isn't that funny?
"I just called.Bye!"And with these words she hung up.

"That was not good,Olivia."I heard as I turned around only to come across my oh-so silent dad."If this would make you talk more daddy,then I would continue to do this.It's been a while since her."I told my dad in a funny way but I guess he took it the wrong way.I could see that by the serious expression on his face.

"I will just leave."I told as I waved at Eve and wore white pumps which were matching my shirt inside my blazer."Bye Eve.Bye mom.Bye dad."I said and left the house straight away.

As I walked out of the house,Alice was waiting outside.

"How did you land here?"I asked her."I called you for some reason.I called you to see if you were awake or sleeping."She answered."Neat!Now let's get this baby driving!"I told.

We were listening to Taylor Swift's 1980 album and were almost halfway to office.It was just 7:00 and my office opens at 8:00.It would be locked.

But I didn't even saw my office.When did we reach?"This baby is fast."Alice answered as if she could read my mind.

"Sorry ma'am you'll have to wait for an hour.Fashion & Co is closed right now."I heard Mr.Cabler talk to Alice.Of course I knew this would happen.

I knew what was going to happen but the only thing I didn't knew was that why was I feeling so empty?It was like I had forgotten something.Oh shit!Now I know why I feel so empty.

I forgot my purse at home!

Hey guys!How was chapter 1?I hope y'all like it and I wanted to add more to this chapter but when the main heroine is entered in the first chapter itself,hero can't be.It will soak the twist.
