Bug X Reader (Starship)

(Your basically going to be in February's situation but a little different )

Your POV:
"Mission log, I have successfully landed on the planet. No signs of life yet. Initiating scan." I tap my watch to start the scanning. When all of a sudden my watch flashes red and makes a beeping noise which meant that the watch detected life. Suddenly, a noise comes from behind me. I jump back. "Who's there? Show yourself." I was getting ready to pull out my weapon when a cute creatures jumps out of a bush. "Awww, wait, does this mean I was talking to myself like a jackass?" I watched as the creatures ran past me. I turn around to see a different creature almost a foot taller than me. I was going to try to talk to it when a giant mosquito start to suck the life out of it. I turn to run but I find another. I pushed passed them. " Holy crap, this planet is full of blood thirsty bugs! I gotta hide." I look behind me to see that the mosquitos are still following me. I run into a field and try to contact the starship. "Starship 15-A-2, I repeat, Starship 15-A-2 I need back up does anyone copy?" I crouch down behind a rock and watch the mosquitos that were chasing me pass by. Suddenly, something cold and wet hits my neck. I stand up and turn around to see more insects, one spraying goo at me. I tried to run away but it sprayed me in the eyes so I was blind. I tripped and fell, knocking myself out in the process.

Bug's POV:
I follow the Egg Planter into a field. "So, it's your first time being a Egg Planter, huh?" I didn't want to talk to him because I had my heart set on being a Starship ranger. It's fine though, it was only, like, my dream ever sense I found that abandoned Starship. "Yep, just got assigned this morning." "Hey, well did you know that ever egg in our swarm starts out by practically gestating in one of these mammals? And who do you think plants the eggs in those mammals?" How did I get the most boring job ever. "Is it the Egg Planters?" "Ha! And Bingo was his name-o. That's right! So, you still think being an Egg Planter is lame?" "Yes." The bug looked me up and down. "Maybe you just need to get your claws wet. Here, let me show you how it's done." He takes a Egg from my pouch and tells me to stick it into the mammals esophagus. "Congratulations, you're an Egg Planter." He talked to a new born bug then left it up to me to get the job done. I need a way out, I need  escape. I think I'd rather be dead than to life in this place. I turn to my first mammal and realize, it's a human. Holy crap! A real human. I reach out a touch it's face, when I do it starts screaming like crazy. It startled me so much to the point where I started screaming " wait, they are a human. They are speaking human! Come on Bug you have watched those videos a thousand times how do you say hello? Oh right! Hi." "Hello? Is someone there? Who are you?" "I'm Bug." "Like a bug?" "No..." They sighed. "I'm Y/N, I'm a Starship Ranger." Wait, did they just say Starship Ranger? "God how can I be so stupid?" I gasped.    "Y/N, you are not stupid, your super smart I mean your a Starship Ranger." I need to help them escape. I untangle them but leave they're eyes covered so they can't see me. They take my claw and we start to walk out of the hatchery when Buggette stops us. I hit Buggette and get Y/N out of there.

Bug's P.O.V
I was a starship ranger AND I got to keep my human body! Wait... where's Y/N? I haven't seen them sense I saved them. I asked Up where they were and he said they where resting in the infirmary. I rushed onto the starship and into the infirmary to see Y/N, resting on a bed. As I walk to her Up stops me. " You like them, don't you son?" I really did, they where the most, kindest, smartest, and cutest life from I have ever seen. " Yes, very much actually." Commander Up chuckled. " Well that's good because when she woke up, she wouldn't stop talking about you." "Wait really!" Me! Wow! Oh... what is this feeling? It feels like thousands of larva are devouring my body. I don't know what this is but I'm loving it. I walked over to Y/N's bed as they woke up.

Y/N's P.O.V
I woke up remembering everything. I made my head hurt. I look up to see a boy that I've never seen before. When he spoke I knew immediately who he was. " B-Bug?!" He nodded and I quickly hugged him. I didn't want to say anything but oh my dead god was he cute! I can't believe I have a crush! While all this was happening, I didn't realize he was talking to me. " S-Sorry what did you say?" He looked me in the eyes and said " Y/N, you are beautiful." I felt my cheeks heat up as I looked down. " Will you join me on a..." He trailed off as if he was thinking of the word. " Date?" " Yes, a date." Butterfly's filled my stomach. " YES!" I yelled as I hugged him. Besides the fact that Junior tried to kill all of us, today was totally awesome.
