With the hospital insight I turned myself and the girl invisible. "Okay, here's the plan. We will land in a nearby alleyway, hopefully with no homeless person there. And I will scream for help at the front doors saying someone mugged you." The girl gave a weak thumbs up as I landed in an abandoned alleyway with only a cat digging through a nearby trash can.

Folding my wings and tail, I looked around for any CCTV cameras, thankful there were none, so I removed the invisibility spell and turned once more into a human. Walking away from the filth that was the alleyway, I broke into a jog, telling some people to move out of the way. Jogging into the parking lot, I broke out into a run with the doors to the hospital insight.

"HELP! someone mugged this girl; I need help!" I screamed upon reaching the doors. Doctors rushed towards us with a stretcher as I pretended to pant from exhaustion. A nurse came up to me as the doctors rushed her to an empty room.

"Sir, can I get any information you have on the patient?" The male nurse asked as I calmed down from the flight. I leaned against a wall as I came up with the mugging part of the story.

"Don't know her name, age... I'm guessing late teens. I was walking when I heard screaming, so I followed the sound and hid behind a dumpster. I felt around for anything I could use to remove the man off of her." The nurse wrote the info down on the sheet and thanked me for his time. I then took a seat and took a nap.

After I woke up, the male Asian nurse came to tell me she would make a full recovery. He said to me that Medicare would pay for the bill if the police found nothing on her. "Can I see her?" The man nodded his head as I walked to the room he told me.

After an elevator ride and a short walk down the end of the hall, I came to room 327. After knocking, I opened the door and looked around the room. They painted the room egg white with curtains that blocked the sun was a light cream color. "Nice room, could use a splash of color though. How are you feeling?"

"I'm feeling better. The sleep and medicine the doctors gave me helped charge my aura. Which is our magical battery, if we use too much, we burn to cinders. My name is Zena Beckford. What's yours?" The girl said looking out the window, following her gaze I saw some birds nesting on the roof.

"Kyle, Kyle Kenway. I was 'reborn' because of your group a few months ago," I sat down next to a table with magazines and a Holy Bible. "I just don't know how I'll tell Nancy the bad news though?" I said to no one as the doctor came in to tell me that visitation hours were over.
