The desolation of meteor city [Hunter x Hunter Phantom troupe]

Intro

The rain was pouring, a heavy thunderstorm made it nearly impossible to hear anything but roaring thunder crashing down, a truly terrible night in every possible way, a car pulled over on the side of the road, the rain was pouring so hard it was bouncing off the sidewalk, he stood still inside his car for what felt like an eternity, someone was waiting for him to come out, standing on the church steps, he got impatient and walked towards the car banging on the hood trying to look inside, to see a miserable man crying,

"Promise me he will be taken care of, I'm begging you." He cried barely making any coherent sounds while rolling down the window,

"Don't worry, he will do great, I know that for a fact, the same people that took care of me as a kid will take care of him." He said with a reassuring smile looking inside the window,

"That's all that matters." The man replied with a heartfelt smile between his tears.

Born on a stormy night somewhere unknown, his name is Tenshi Aitoshi also known as Tey, it actually means angel of death and love, he stands at 6 feet in height (1,84) he is 16 years old (22 by the time of the yorknew city arc), dark deep ocean blue eyes that fade into a crimson rade the closer they get to the pupil, he loves playing cards and dice, loves music, likes books, films, astronomy, physics and cooking.

As far as habits go he often put his hands in his pockets,he tilts his head on the side when he is curious or perplexed, he often eats ice cubes chips or snacks, he eats his nails, touches and plays with his hair, plays with his ears and always crack his bones, very often yawns.
Dark brown hair with a short fade, slightly voluminous and messy on top,
Outfit/Style: he usually wears dark ripped jeans with a small chain or normal black jeans, some high generally black or white canvas sneakers or sone chrollo like boots, Wears random t-shirt with generally a coat or a leather jacket and rarely some crew neck sweatshirt, sometimes is seen with a floral shirt and jeans jacket.
Peculiar traits: he has some freckles on his nose and under his eyes but they are noticeable mostly in  sunny days, he always has a chain on his neck, it's an important necklace given to him by a meteor city elder, it's the necklace of the celestial emissaries of Meteor city.
He has A couple of moles in the left side of his face and a slight cut on the end of his left eyebrow.
He is gluttony smart and reserved,
Before you actually get to know him seems a "bitchy" douchebag who act superior to others, but he is a clumsy walking jerk.
The spider tattoo is situated in his higher back between his shoulder blades, he has a Japanese traditional tattoo of a Dragon with Iris flowers on his left , it's mostly black and red with purple and gold Iris flowers, He also has "Memento Mori" written in his right clavicle, and a phrase written on his left ribs that says "We accept everything so don't take anything from us." In italics.
He has a small piercing with rubies in his right eyebrow and some small ring earrings on his left ear.
