I was still awake, it was night, the streets were quiet, I could barely hear wind, unfortunately I couldn't sleep and I didn't knew why.
I decided to go outside walking around, it was nicely quiet and fresh, no one was in the streets screaming or doing god knows what.
After a bit I randomly run in something strange, it was a merchant, open at this hour? Why?
"Young man do you need something" he asked me, his face was partially covered but he was definitely at least 60 years old.
"Yeah, some sleep" I replied as I walked away, but then I stopped, I was really curious, what was he selling? Why was he still working at this hour? "Actually old man, what do you sell for living?" I asked as I stepped back.
"Antiquarian we could say, more like antiquated weapons and objects" he said laughing a bit, "I love those things, but why do you sell expensive items here at meteor city? They're just going to steal from you, and no one has money here." I said a bit puzzled, "Uh oh, that's true, but selling items is more an hobby, I am rich enough to live the rest of my life without working, I do this just to remain occupied" he said, "You are strange, you could just go away" I said, "But you are lucky beacause I am really interested in these kind of articles" I explained.
I looked at his stall, he had a couple of strange daggers, an old blunderbuss, something caught my eye, "Is that a black miniature of the plague column" I asked, "Uh you are surely knowledgeable, yeah it is" he said.
I was still looking and others things caught my eye, there was a plague mask that was a bit odd but I liked overall, there was also a katana that would be perfect for nobu since his birthday is in two months, but most of all there was a gun
"Is that remington new model army purchasable? It's neat, black painted ivory fort the handle, it has even some peculiarities like those engravings on the handle, plus it's all black with some golden details here and there, it's truly beautiful." I said really excited,
"Yeah even though it isn't here with the others it's purchasable. you know that gun as you said is a remington new model army, made in the u.s., but if you look closely the engravings are lily flowers" he said, "Lily flowers? Ivory? That sounds pretty french to me" I questioned.
"Yeah there are different theories behind this guns, there are few in the world around 38, probably they made those to seal off some kind of secret pact, and they gave these revolvers to the officials involved." He explained.
"I'll buy the gun, the miniature statue, the katana and the mask" I said, "without even knowing the price?" He asked in disbelief, "Money it's not an issue at all" I frankly responded.

Four days later

"What's this job about?" Franklin asked,
"know nothing" feitan replied, "Why is everyone so down about it" shalnark said,
"Actually why hisoka isn't here?" I asked,
"Like if it is the first time" machi replied beyond annoyance, "Damn that clown" Uvo said.
That was going to be an easy job, probably, basically some kind of asshole tried to occupy the second 'Town hall' and the council asked us to kill these 'terrorists', honestly I didn't gave a damn about the council and all that kind of stuff.
"Uh Tey when did you became a looser who needs guns?" Uvo asked looking at my revolver that was inside my jeans at bel height, "Uhm,Uhm" pakunoda said, she did take that personally.
"Uhmm, look you cand see only the handle" I said while taking out the gun, "but now that you can see the gun I think that you can deduce why I bought it" I said, "Just for cosmetic uh" shalnark said, "Having a revolver just because it looks cool, that is something that you would do" Uvo explained.
That day I was wearing an opened leather jacket without shirt under, and a pair of black leather pants with studs around the ankle, the pants were much more something that feitan or Danchou might wear.
The sand was entering my right hear, "Man it's so windy" I said a bit annoyed, "It's wasn't like that since almost a year ago" franklin pointed out, "my beautiful face is getting ruined by all this sand, don't you think machi" I said jokingly, "To be honest not really, it was ugly even before the sand" she said trying to tease me, shalnark suppressed a laugh and uvo was smiling, "machi can't you take jokes?" Uvo said, "Not when her crush is involved" feitan said teasingly, "He has a point" I admitted trying to suppress giggles, she stopped walking for a second and glared daggers at him, "So when you want you can actually speak" She said at feiatan, "Aw man that burns" I replied before feitan looked at her threatening, then i said "Ah, It always makes me laugh when the shorties are trying to look threatening", machi and feitan weren't laughing at all, whil shalnark and uvo were.
"When will you guys stop doing child's play? We are arrived" franklin said,
"Well franklin the real child's play is starting now" uvo replied.
