Richie's P.O.V.

Richie got out of the backseat of Eddie's car and followed Beverly and Eddie down the dirt path into the woods. " You guys are not trying to kill me are you? " Richie smiled as Eddie grabbed his hand and winked " Not yet your to cute to kill in the woods on a Tuesday night. " Richie blushed but hoped the two couldn't see it in the dark of the night. " Awe Ed's over here thinks i'm cute so that makes him cute cute cute. " Richie stopped and pinched Eddie's cheeks earning a giggle from Beverly and a punch from Eddie. "Don't call me cute Richie. " Richie frowned " Why? not Ed's you called me cute. " Eddie squeezed Richie's hand " Because nobody can tell me what to do. " They stopped walking as they arrived at a cliff " The others aren't here yet? " Richie pulled Eddie in to a hug " When do you think they are gonna get here? " Eddie hugged Richie back which surprised Richie " We're here! Oh who's this? " Richie turned and saw 4 boys standing there. " Oh this is Richie we met him in our third period class and he thought he was cool enough to bring to the quarry. " Richie saw the tallest out of the boys nod " Wait a minute is that the boy who commented on Eddie's post today? " Beverly nodded her head as the four boys put up some fairy lights and a speaker. " Hi i'm Bill. " Richie turned his attention the boy standing next to him " Hi Bill, wait don't we have 2nd period together? " Bill nodded his head and pointed at Stan " Yeah and Stan is also in our class. " Richie looked at where Bill was pointing " I'm Mike. " Richie looked behind him to see a boy with some coolers in his hands " Oh let me help you with those. " Richie took a cooler from Mike and followed him so he could put it down " And that over there is Ben and all 3 of us have first period together. " Richie nodded " So do guys come here and party a lot? " Richie watched as the other stripped down to their underwear so he did the same " We mainly do in the summer but this is gonna be one of our last trips before it gets cold. " Beverly walked over to the edge of the cliff and the boys followed " Who's going in first tonight? " Richie laughed as the 4 boys scratched their heads " Oh come on we've been doing this for almost 3 years now! " Beverly jumped and Ben followed her. " Did they Die? " Richie looked over the edge just to be pushed by Eddie and Richie grabbed Eddie's hand just in time to bring him down with him " Gotcha cutie pie! " The two splashed into the water and the remaining 3 followed them soon after. Richie dove under the water dragging Eddie with him and the two made eye contact under the waves of the quarry. " Oh Eddie's trying to drown him how nice. "  Richie pulled Eddie up out from beneath the water and laughed " Okay who picked the music? " Richie turned and looked at Mike " Wasn't me this time I'm pretty sure it's playing music form Stan's phone. " Richie turned to the curly haired boy who was talking to bill " Staniel your music taste is trash. " Stan flipped Richie off and continued to talk to Bill " I like him he's cool. "

Eddie's P.O.V.

Eddie slowly and as quietly as he could swam up behind Richie and pulled him back under the water " Ack! " Eddie sat on top of Richie under the water and smiled, the two continued to play fight in the water until Mike called the group out to eat something. The teens got out of the water and sat down on some rocks eating the food Mike had brought " This is really good Mike did you make it? " Mike nodded " Ben helped me make it " Richie shot some finger guns and a thumbs up in Ben's direction. " So Eddie how many tattoos is that now? " Eddie stopped looking at Richie and looked at Stan " I dunno 12 or like 16? " Eddie laughed at the reaction the number had on his friends " Dam Eddie slow down. " Eddie shook his head " No I dont think I will. " Eddie laid his head down on Richie's leg and continued to eat. " Why so many Ed's? " Eddie looked up at Richie " It's something my mom can't control or stop me from getting just like this piercing. " Eddie pointed to his left ear which had 3 piercings in. " Well do they at least mean something? " Eddie nodded " Well of course, my matching one with Beverly is for our friendship and the words like euphoria or angel all hold meanings to me and the flames are about burning bad memories and the hearts are for how much I love you guys, and the smiley face on my right ear was Bev's first color so yeah. "  Eddie smiled up at Richie " Oh my god it's already 10pm shit curfew  gotta go. " Eddie sat up and watched Stan and Bill quickly get dressed and say their goodbyes and then run off to Bill's car. " Well I guess it's time to go now that the leader is gone. " Eddie got dressed and sat back down " Fuck now I'm cold. " Richie tossed Eddie his sweater and then got dressed " Thank you. " Eddie put on the Sweater that smelled like cigarettes and lavender " You smoke? " Eddie turned and looked at Richie who nodded his head " Only every once in awhile can't be dying from lung cancer when I haven't fallen in love yet. " Eddie stood up and helped Mike and Ben pack up and take things to Mike's truck. Eddie walked back to Beverly and Richie " Come on your ride is leaving. " Eddie started to walk to his car before he was stopped when Richie grabbed his hand " Wait for me Ed's. " Eddie and Richie held hands and walked to Eddie's car " So who wants to go home first? " Bev raised her hand " I will I still got a project to work on that is due tomorrow. " Eddie nodded and Beverly winked at him, After Eddie dropped off Beverly Richie hopped into the front seat " Why don't you spend the night? " Eddie looked at Richie " It's a school night. " Richie placed his hand on Eddie's " So? Just tell your mom you fell asleep while studying at Bill's or Stan's? " Eddie nodded his head and then drove back to Richie's house. " We gotta be quiet don't wanna let wentworth and Maggie know I have a pretty boy over. " Eddie smiled and followed Richie up the stairs. " So Ed's what tattoo should we get? " Eddie looked at Richie " Oh you actually wanna get a matching tattoo? " Richie nodded and then threw off his shirts replacing it with a crewneck " Duh, so what are we getting? " Eddie smiled " Well what if we got R+ E? " Richie threw sweatpants at Eddie " Like a couple's tattoo? " Eddie shook his head and then changed his pants " No silly it's just a matching tattoo. " Richie frowned at this and then got in the bed laying next to Eddie " Oh okay, well good night Ed's " " Night Chee. " Richie rolled over and faced Eddie " Did you just give me a nickname Ed's? " Eddie nodded and scooted closer to Richie " Got a problem with that? " Richie laughed and then put his arms around Eddie pulling him into a hug " No, not at all. " the two fell asleep in each others arms.
