The two boys sat on Eddie's bed laying together holding hands and talking about whatever was on their minds. Everything was perfect they were together and even if they hadn't know each other for long they were already best friends. Everything was fine until Richie popped the question " Hey Ed's I got something important to ask ya. " Eddie sat up and looked at Richie " Yeah chee? " Richie sat up and held on to Eddie's hands " I know we haven't know each other long but do you maybe um kinda wanna go out sometime? " Eddie nodded his head " Of course Richie but are you asking me on a date or to be my boyfriend? " Richie pulled Eddie into a hug " Well Eddie spaghetti I'll ask you both. " Eddie smiled and played with Richie's curly hair " You can pick me up tomorrow night at 6pm and yes i'll be your boyfriend. " Richie smiled and pulled Eddie's face up to his " Can I kiss you Ed's? " Eddie giggled and nodded " you don't have to ask Richie. " The two started to kiss and they melted into the kiss and they stayed like that until their was a knock on Eddie's door. " Eddie? " The two broke apart and Richie slid down next to the bed on the other side " Yes Momma? " Sonia opened the door " Are you smoking? It smells like cigarettes in here. " Eddie shook his head " No momma I would never ever touch a cancer stick. " Sonia looked at Eddie " Then at least open a window. " Sonia left the room and Richie came back onto Eddie's bed. " Oopsie didn't realize that smell was so strong. " Eddie smiled and sat down in Richie's lap " It's not that strong she just has a strong nose. " The two went back to kissing which led to Richie being on top of Eddie giving him Kisses and Hickeys " R-richie stop. " Richie stopped and looked up at Eddie " Sorry am I moving to fast? " Eddie shook his head no " No I just don't want her to be home if we go that far and I'm almost out of make up so I won't be able to hide these. " Eddie pointed to the hickey's on his neck and Richie nodded " We should go pick some make up so Bev doesn't ask why you need some. " Eddie nodded slipped Richie's hoodie back on. " Can you see them. " Richie shook his head and opened Eddie's window " I'll meet you in the car. " Eddie nodded and rushed down the stairs " Momma I have to go to the store, do you need anything? " Sonia shook her head and continued to watch TV. Eddie exited the house and walked over to his car. " Where does Bev normally get her make up? " Eddie started the car " I'm pretty sure sephora or Ulta which is another town so we'll have to go to a dollar store. " Richie nodded and pulled out his phone as Eddie started to drive.

The two pulled up to the dollar store and walked inside, Eddie walked over to the cosmetic isle and looked through the foundations and concealer hopping he could find a shade that would match his neck. " Hey Ed's i'm gonna go grab two things and I'll be right back. " Eddie nodded and pulled out a few bottles, Richie walked down the isle to the nail polish section and he picked up a black bottle and a pale yellow bottle and some acetone then walked back to Eddie. " Got what you need? " Richie shook his head and the two walked over to the counter to pay " Oh you two again? " Richie and Eddie looked at the cashier " Oh weren't you our waitress earlier? " The tall girl nodded her head " Mishayla right? " She nodded her head " Wait are two a couple? " Eddie laughed " You caught us. " She smiled and bagged their items " That'll be $12.36. " Eddie reached for his wallet but Richie handed Mishayla a $20. She gave Richie his change which he handed to Eddie " See ya later. " Eddie and Richie waved goodbye to her and they exited the store. " Richie should I bleach my hair? " Richie looked down at Eddie " Do you want to? " Eddie nodded his head " But it might not look good. " Richie grabbed Eddie's hand " Then let's stat with the tips and if you like it we can do your whole head. " Eddie nodded " To Walgreen's or a CVS. "
