"Today was so boring." Indo groaned.
"Tell me about it." Malay said. I saw China fall asleep and no one noticed him, Russia fell asleep, nobody minded him, Indo fell asleep and got yelled at by Mr. EU.
"Hey!"
"But I'm excited about the club choosing thing!" Philip said excitedly.
"But what club are we going for? I don't want to separated from you guys." Malay said.
"Awwwwwwww Malayyyy"
"Shush."

They took some time to decide, taking in that Indo didn't want to sit still anywhere, Malay was ok with anything and Philip had a bad case of asthma that triggered with and too much exercise (EIB). Their choices were pretty limited.

Indo and Malay ended up in the Jester club, while Phil is currently club-less.
They had gotten themselves listed on the list, while Phil was late, as usual. At this point the club was full, already exceeding the limited number.
Phil ended up visiting most of the clubs and getting turned down. He had visited them all except for the one about ghosts.
"Are you sure this is a good idea Phil?" Martial asked, hovering beside Phil.
"Kuya, it's the last one that isn't full yet, all the others were full." Phil said.
"Alright, here goes nothing." Phil thought.
There was a squeak as he opened the sliding door.
"Hello is this the Ghost club?" Phil asked.
"Yes. Yes it is." Britain said. "And not just ghosts but other creatures too.
"Great Britain?!?! Wha-? Whe-? Ho-?" Phil sputtered, Martial rolling his eyes beside Phil.
"Yes I'm here, and before you ask if anyone else is here, we're the only people here right now. Britain said.
The door slid open again, but this time with a harsher squeak.
"Are you guys the only people here?" America asked.
Phil nodded in response.
"That's what we get because YOU broke the globe on the desk." Russia growled.
"Hey, i-"
"Just stop the argument now boys." Britain said, drinking from a teacup that appeared out of nowhere.
"When did you-? Gah! Nevermind." Russia said.
"Are we really the only people here?" America asked.
"Yep." Phil responded. "Also the jester club is overflowing with people so this is the least populated club here."
"3 members are enough to make a club." Somebody said from the door.
"Sir ASEAN?!" Phil gawked.
"Im handling all the clubs, so far this is the eighth one I've visited. It's emptier than the others. Four people in a club are enough to run it though. Here are the club papers, write your name and position on it." He said as he left the room.
"Let's draw lots on who gets what role!" America said.

Britain ended up as President.
America as Vice-president
Russia as Secretary
And Phil as, an ordinary club member.
"Daya kayo! Nakuha ninyo yung mga mataas na posisyon!" Philip hmph-ed. (1)
"Well that's settled. Now we're the new ghost club members!" America said dramatically.
"Why does this club exist in the first place?" Phil asked.
Britain was about to answer when the same voice came from the door again.
"Because, some countries are saying that ghosts exist and UN wanted to make sure that it was made sure." ASEAN said. "And I'm here for your club sheets."
"Hey Phil, can you stay for a moment?" Britain asked. "I need to talk to you for a while."
