{Flashback::September 1999}
"hello Darling ... is you alright?" I looked up and felt three shades of confused of why he would be asking me that question.
"well if you must know ...Rebecca and Adam found out that Adam has an evil twin that trying to kill their mother." It was now the boys turn to look confused.
"I take it your talking about that book you're reading ... and I'm sorry I'm Jack."
"Hi .. I'm Elisa, and yes I was talking about the book I WAS reading before I was rudely interrupted." Jack cleared his throat then shifted the way he was standing, I gathered my books and prepared to leave the library.
"Umm .. wait Elisa .. wait up."
"Is there something you want to ask me?"
"Well, yes. For a date ... maybe?"
"NO!!"
"No, but why .. why not and can you slow down you walk so fast."
"No ... why? Because I don't know you besides being in my economics class, and my AP Trig. Class."
"Well, you have noticed me I see."
"Yes, but I didn't know your name ... nice to meet you John ... but--"
"Jack, its ... Jack." He said lower than a whisper. I continued to walk towards my mom's car. I must admit that Jack guy was pretty cute but if he thinks I'm going to give into his date invite that easy he has another thing coming.

"ELISA !!!" I turned to see Lexi and Nicole running up to me. I threw my backpack into the car, giving my mom a kiss on the cheek.
"Be right back mom ... Hey you two!! What are you guys doing at the library?"
"Are you trying to say were not good enough for the book shack?" Lexi said twirling her hair and smacking on her gum.
"Well, what are you two doing here?"
"We saw you....!!" Nicole said bouncing on her toes.
"Saw me what reading ...?"
"Talking to Jack that's where we saw you!!" My mouth dropped and before I could protest a blue sports car drove up and Lexi made a high pitch scream. Even though we were only Freshmen in high school Lexi was our only 10th grade friend, with an 12th grade boyfriend with a car.
"Aaron!" Nicole and I said in unison.
"Hey ... Nicole, Elisa .... Sup?"
"Hey Aaron!" we said in unison.
"Lex .. you ready to roll babe?"
"Yep, Hey you two call me tonight I want to hear the entire dish about Jack .. and you know I HAVE to help pick out an outfit for your date with him!!"
"I'M NOT going on a date with JACK!!" I tried to scream over Aaron's loud engine. Lexi shook her head, and gave us the finger.
"Talk to you tonight about the date byyyeee ... Broads!!!"
"Bye ladies." Aaron said giving Lexi a kiss.
"Bye, Lex bye Aaron!!"
"Bye ... Nicole waved .. so neee way, let's go to your house, I'm staying the night."
"Your mom having someone over tonight? ... Nicole nodded ... fine with me, mom can Nicole stay the night?
"Your mom having troubles again Nicole?"
