-~Akemi's Pov~-

We finally arrived at the forest and Asta was being chased by boars. I let out a sigh. "Well, I found the boar. It's huge!" I heard Asta yell out. He kept on running from the boar. "That's no regular boar, though! This guy's using magic and everything!" Asta yells. The boar started catching up to him. The boar tackles him sending him towards the air.

"Magna, Akemi, don't you think we should be helping him?" Noelle asked us. Magna was laying down on his broom. While I was sitting down on the grass. "I'm not doin' anything until I've rested up a little. You know how much work it was flying you two out here? It took a whole freakin' lot of magic and muscle." Magna explains. "I-I'm not f-from Black B-Bulls. So, I-I don't n-need to h-help him." I said. Then we hear the boar roar and Asta's screams.

"Eh, it'll be okay. Our Rasta's a sturdy guy." Magna says. "Yes, but..." Noelle says but I interrupt her. "W-Why don't y-you help h-him then?" I suggested. "Yeah, I won't stop you," Magna says. Noelle sighs at our answers. Magna and I kept on watching Asta being chased by boars.

Noelle walks up to where Asta is. Water forms in front of her. She focuses on the boar. "Here we go." She says letting the water go. It started heading for the boar but switched directions and hits Asta. "Why me?" Asta whines. Then the boar tackles Asta again. Magna started laughing while I sweatdropped. Noelle just huffs and looks away.

Asta then got out his sword.  "Gotcha now! " Asta says. Then boar fell to the ground dead. "Finally finished him off!" Asta cheers. Magna and I walked over to him. "You got him. Not bad, runt. But, the fun's not over yet." Magna says pointing to more angry boars. Asta turns to look at them.

(Time Skip)

Asta was now carrying lots of boars. We were heading back to Saussy Village. "Now that's what I call good huntin'!" Magna exclaims. "Another display of your freakish strength," Noelle says. "G-Great job A-Asta!" I praised smiling at him. "Please! A few of these pigs is nothin'. Child's play!" Asta says smugly. "You really are somethin' else. Well, if this doesn't please Seihi, I don't know what will. Yeah! Big piggy party tonight." Magna exclaims

"So, wait. The chief of Saussy Village--Seihi? He's a friend of yours?" Noelle asked Magna. He looks back at us. "Yeah. Me and the old man go way back." He says. "R-Really?" I asked tilting my head to the side. He nods and looks straight ahead. "Ya see, Rayaka Village, where I come from, isn't far from here. We're practically neighbors. I used to get into all kinds of trouble when I was a kid." Magna explains. I raised an eyebrow. 'Used to? He seems like he causes trouble still.'  I thought confused.

"When I got my grimoire, the sense of power totally went to my head. I flew into Saussy all cocky, thinkin' I was gonna take over the place or somethin'. Boy was I wrong." He says. He told us how Seihi would beat him up all the time.

Magna looks back at us again. "Nobody knew how to put me in my place like he did," Magna says. "Sounds strong," Noelle says. I nodded agreeing with Noelle. "Yeah," Asta says. "Oh, he absolutely is. Matter of fact, I found out later that when ol' Seihi was young, he had enough power to try out for the Magic Knights. You know, he's actually the one who told me I should think about taking the entrance exam in the first place." Magna started.

Magna points at himself. "It's all because of him that I'm here right now. When I passed the Magic Knights Entrance Exam, he was happier for me than anyone." Magna says. "He must be a nice person," Noelle commented. "Yeah. And he went to the royal capital... well, to get rich quick so he could make some money for his village, but I think he also came to see me. He did take me for every bit of change I had, though! But he's the one who showed me what a real man should be. I wanted to be like him, the person I respect most after Mister Yami..." Magna says.
