Bio: She lives with her Mami; Maria, her Papi; Antonio, and her two younger brothers; Luis and Carlos, who are in middle school, Luis is an 8th grader, while Carlos is a 6th grader. She has an older sister, Elena, that is in the middle of her junior year in college, but she lives on campus at NYU. Ember is half way through her freshmen year at Theodore Roosevelt high school. She's very athletic, she can do any sport except she can't swim. Ever since she was little she has never liked the water and she can never figure out why. She hates being bullied by the kids at her school. Her parents can tell that whenever she comes home from school, that she is never happy. Ember just wishes that she could find somebody that was different like her. Someone who can understand her feelings and accept her and not judge her on her looks. She wishes that besides her family, that one person can call her beautiful.
