Currently I was walking through, what was to me, unknown streets. I left Beacon Hills this morning and landed in New York a couple hours ago.

While the nogitsune was controlling me I killed many people, including my dad. Now I have no one. Scott offered me a spare room at his place but I couldn't stay in Beacon Hills  now that both my parents were gone.

It took me a while to get rid of my nightmares when my mom died and now that my dad is gone too, they've come back. My panic attacks are much heavier and I am sure that I have sever depression.

Me being in New York is only temporary. I plan I returning to Beacon Hills in a year. I was suddenly knocked out of my thoughts when someone ran right into me.

"Watch where you're going." I said turning around to face the person. Unexpectedly he was tall and handsome. He had raven black hair and stunning hazel eyes. He had solid black tattooed covering his exposed skin. He wore black jeans, an olive green t-shirt, and a black bomber jacket.

"You can see me?" He questioned.

"Uh yeah I have these things called eyes," I said, "They work really well. Maybe if you would use them you wouldn't have ran right into me."

"You can see me?" He repeated.

"Am I not supposed to?" I asked confused.

"Um.....I have to go." I said quickly before running off.

I shook my head and kept walking as the sky got dimmer by the minute.

Eventually I made my way back to the hotel I was staying in and took the elevator up to the second floor where my room was.

When I entered my room I sighed as I practically collapsed onto my bed. I reached into pocket in attempt to retrieve my phone but I felt nothing.

"You gotta be shitting me." I said as I reached into my other pocket. No phone. I groaned as grabbed the remote off the nightstand and turned on the tv.

I bursted through the institute door and yelled, "Everyone meet in the Ops Center!" As I made my way to the Ops room the others were already running to catch up to me.

When we got there Izzy assumed, "What did you do?"

"Nothing this time," I replied.

"I ran into some guy in the streets and he could see me." Jace was about it say something but I added, "With my cloak rune."

"So he's like us." Clary said.

"Either that it Alec's cloak rune wore out and he didn't notice." Izzy said.

"Well we have to find out," Jace said, "Cause if he is like one of us he can't be wondering around the streets of New York. He'll be like a beacon for demons."

"Great," Clary said, "Now how do we found him?"

"We can track him," I said, reaching into my pocket. I pulled out the boys phone and set it on the table. "He dropped this when we collided."

"We'll use our Parabatai tracking." Jace said as he walked over to me.

I had almost fallen asleep to the tv when I heard something from outside my window. I muted the tv and got off the bed, approaching the window.

I slid it open and poked my head out. When I saw nothing I leaned back into the room. Suddenly a figure jumped in from the window and tackled me to the ground.

What ever it is was definitely not human. Because I'm pretty sure humans don't have light blue skin.

Out of nowhere the creature opened its mouth and it opened into four tentacle looking things. I slammed my hands on its shoulder in attempt to keep its sharp teeth away from my face.

I easier my right arm up and elbowed the creature in the face, causing it to fall off me. I jumped up and looked for anything include use as I weapon.

When I turned around I saw the monster had recovered. Before I could process what was happening I was pinned up against the wall with the creatures teeth dug into my shoulder. I screamed and weakly tried to throw the thing off me.

Out of nowhere an arrow pieces through the monsters head. It released its grip on me and fell to the floor.

The figure who shot the arrow rushed over to me in an instant. My vision was already blurry from the loss of blood so I couldn't make out their face.

"Are you okay?" They asked. Instead of replying like I had planned my eyes fluttered shut as I felt myself falling.

Me and Jace had tracked the boy to a hotel downtown. Since it wasn't a serious mission or anything I went alone.

When I got there I didn't have a name so I couldn't ask the front desk what room the boy was in so I had to use my instincts.

I scanned the first floor and didn't find anything suspicion so I went up to the second. Instantly I started running when I heard a blood curdling scream.

When I reached the room the noise was coming from I use my seraph blade to brake the handle. When I opened the door I saw a demon pinning the boy up against the wall.

I raised my bow and pulled out an arrow from my holder slung over my back. I shot the demon in the head and it collapsed to the floor.

I ran over to the boy and asked, "Are you okay?" Instead of answering his eyes rolled back in his head and he started to fall.

I caught him before he hit the floor and gently laid him down. I noticed blood seeping through his shirt and pulled out my steelie.

I pulled down his shirt a bit by his neck and drew a healing rune on his collar. His body relaxed and I shoved my steelie back into my jacket pocket.

I threw my bow over my shoulder and hoisted the boy up into my arms. I made sure I retraced my cloak rune before racing off towards the institute.

...

Gently I laid the boy down on one of the infirmary beds. As I took a better look at him I noticed how peaceful he looked while he slept.

His soft cheeks and plump lips. His smooth, dark chestnut hair. I was snapped out of my daydream when I heard the door open. I turned around to see Izzy.

"We need to talk downstairs." She informed me. I nodded and followed her out of the room.

I kept on thinking about the boy. I couldn't like him already. I mean, me and Magnus broke up weeks ago. And he just moved to be the high Warlock of Berlin. I haven't really opened up to anyone ever since. But honestly now that this boy is here, that might change.
