I Will Protect You [Complete]

Chapter 3

Deku woke up but he didn't open his eyes. Part of him wanted to go back to sleep and the other part wanted to find out why he felt so warm and fuzzy inside.

[Wait..I'm on the bus right now..with Uraraka..Wait wasn't she sitting next to the window?But I'm leaning towards the window..OH CRAP! DID I SLEEP ON HER SHOULDER?] He thought freaking out

He opened his eyes and immediately saw her hand intertwined with his. He felt his face burning up but then he realized he was sleeping on her shoulder. He couldn't help but feel warm and fuzzy inside. He heard Uraraka take a sharp breath in her sleep. He froze wondering if he woke her up. While her deep breaths continued as she slept, Deku still leaned on her. He didn't want to wake her so he resolved to stay there. Besides he didn't mind much, he got to be close to her and he loved that.

-Sometime Later-

"Ten minutes until we are there, if someones sleeping please wake them up." said Aizawa in his monotone voice

Deku glanced at the girl he was leaning on and sighed. He was going to have to wake her up. He slid away from her slowly and watched as she continued to sleep. He stared at her taking in her beauty before he had to do the inevitable. He gently tapped her shoulder which didn't wake her at all. He shook her which did wake her.She opened up her eyes sleepily and looked into his eyes.

"Hey, you're finally awake!" he said cheerfully

She stared at him. She felt like she was staring at an angel. She rubbed her eyes as if she were dreaming.

[She looks so cute right now!] Deku thought looking at his tired friend

"What time is it?"she asked

"I-I uhh.. I don't really know..But we are ten minutes away so we will be eating lunch really soon!"

"Oh..Okay, thanks!"

The two then chatted for the rest of the ride.Finally they got off the bus and ate their lunch.

-After Lunch-

Their Sensei stood in front of the class and once again explained the

rules of the test.Then he pulled out a jar with pieces of papers inside.

"Okay so i'll pick out groups with this." he said pulling out two papers "The first group is Aoyama and Koda"

Deku stood there and watched as the two united.

[Wow..They are complete opposites I wonder if they'll-]

"Midoriya and Uraraka." Aizawa Sensei said interrupting his train of thought

Deku looked up in shock at her. Judging by her face she was surprised too.

"Go on, hurry up." Their Sensei urged

They both nervously stood next to each other. At this point Deku had stopped listening to the teacher. He was silently freaking out for obvious reasons.

[I'm going to be spending days with Uraraka!Just the two of us..OH GOD!This is going to be awkward.] He thought but then he glanced at her [Wait.. I can protect her! THIS IS AMAZING! Maybe I can do this!]

"Hey Deku! Let's do our best!" she said smiling at him

"Y-Yeah!" he said

[I'll protect you, no matter what] He thought
