Chapter 21:Save what has been lost.

-Hunter's POV-

I sit outside the house,trying to figure out why Ashlynn would do this.I hear footsteps and look up.Ashlynn stands in front of me,her eyes red from crying.I stand up and take her in my arms.Ash cries into my shoulder and Cindrella nods at me,before walking away.I take Ashlynn inside and sit her down."Ashlynn,why did you target only them?"I ask,afraid to piss her off.Ashlynn lifts her head and wipes her eyes."I killed them,because they hurt me.Dexter raped me,Holly tried to kill me and Apple tormented me.Apple didn't even believe I would do it.When,I pulled the trigger the look on her face was so shocked."Ashlynn sighs."The only person I haven't hurt is you."Ashlynn mutters.I hug Ashlynn and she pulls away."Ash."I say."I lied.I'm not pregnant.I told them that so,I could get out of there."Ashlynn confesses.Ashlynn puts her head in her hands and I see dry blood on her neck."Ash,you have some blood on your neck."I tell her.Ashlynn moves her hair off of her neck.It's not dry blood."Pumpkin,did someone hurt you in here?"I ask,satarting clean away the blood.Ashlynn nods."It's gone."I say when it's done.Ashlynn turns to face me and kisses me."Thanks."Ashlynn whispers,pulling away and getting up.I will never understand the confusion that is my wife.

*Ashlynn's POV*

I turn on the water in the bathroom and it burns my skin.I don't care,the pain feels good.I don't know what came over me to make me kill.I haven't killed for months.10 mintues later,I turn off the water and stand in front of the mirror.I have marks on my wrists,from the handcuffs and a line of red stiches along my stomach.I pick up a towel and walk into the bedroom.I quickly dress and run downstairs.Hunter is at the doorway talking to someone.I clear my throat and Hunter turns."Derek,why are you here?"I say,walking to the doorway."Ashlynn,you married the general's son?"Derek gasps.I nod."Why are you blonde?"Derek asks."She dyed it."Hunter says,simply."This is the idiot who wanted to fuck you ?"Hunter asks,brushing the hair out of my eyes.I nod.Hunter tells Derek to come in and Hunter sits down with me on the couch,while Derek takes a seat on the floor.Hunter takes my hand and squeezes it.I look at him and he looks back sadly."Ash,my mot
