(Mikaila's POV)
Chills ran down my spin as the door opened before i could actually touch it .
Bodies lined the hallways , passing me roses as i passed . My dream , I've always wanted this .
I walked until lights hit me . 10 ft wooden doors opened for me and i stepped though .
" HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Was screamed at me the second my foot stepped into the door .
Happiness flowed through me as i stared back at the sea of people here for me .
A hand graced my lower back , i know that hand from anywhere . Another hand slid onto my other side and held my hips .
I felt Keith's chest lean into my back as he brought his lips to my ears .
"Happy birthday mamas" he whispered into my left ear and a chill went down my spine . My right hand reached backwards until i grasped his ear and i heard him suck in a hard breath .
" thank you daddy" i swiftly responded , and in one smooth motion he turned my body around to face him . I was met with a suit and shoes almost identical to my dress .
" i see you have impeccable taste Mr.Powers" i stated with a sly smirk . With returned emotions he responded " thank you Mrs.Powers ."
After moments of silence , he broke it . " Go have fun babygirl , today is about you , just know later , that ass is mine " and he sealed the sentence with a slap on my ass and a light push .
After 3 hours of mingling my social battery was running out . I quick non verbal tap on Keith's shoulder let him know i was out . I felt Keith's presence follow me out the door .
Then the rest was history .
