Mikaila's POV

" i don't know what more you want me to say Annalise! You keep pushing me , and pushing me . I'm trying to be there for you ! Your broken , i can see that . Let me fix you. You can't just give up not if I'm not. You have to let me help you . I won't fail you but you have to let me try. Please . If not I'll walk through the door right now . "

i watched his honey brown eyes get dark with sorrow as he made his way to the double doors .

The guilt finally took over my heart " don't go " i softly whispered as he was 2 feet from the door

He turned abruptly " what was that ? " he asked .

I pushed stray dark brown curls behind my ear and repeated , " don't go Tyrese  " .

This time more confidently . He took 3 giant steps to get to me 2 seconds was all it took for me to fall into oblivion .

We Kissed , it felt better than kissing , we were ..... sharing a soul.

" CUT" i heard the director yell , we broke away being brought back to reality .

Barely moving away we both stared into each other's eyes .

" KEITHY you did so good babyboo!" Peach .

His prissy ass girlfriend . Money hungry hoe. That's all she is .

She ran in in her orange red bottoms and put her arms around his neck , and i took this as an opportunity to get to my trailer .

" mikaila !" I heard keith scream .

That voice some made me stop in my tracks . " yes ? " i responded .

" great scene" he stated while flashing that award winning smile .

I nodded my head at him as a way to say ' same to you ' .

Keith's POV

I watched her nod as all her curls bounced. My Bestfriend. Extremely talented human being isn't she ? Yeah i know .

" babyyyyy lets go get a mai tai and some Hawaiian food " i heard peach whine .

" later baby i have to go run lines with kaila you know this " you always leaving me for that bitch "she said with a eye roll .

I furrowed my eyebrows and responded " ay bro chill out with allat , you always starting stuff go home peach" once that sentence left my mouth i walked away and headed to her trailer .

In the midst of that i heard peach stomp away and start her Porsche .

I chuckled to myself , she could be so childish sometimes .

I was at kaila's trailer sooner than i thought i knocked on the metal door 2 times and waited .

Once she opened the door i was greeted with her slick back bun and her natural face .

Something i loved . " earth to Keith , keithhhh" she spoke while shaking me .

As i finally came back she giggled and stared " get in here silly" i was pulled in without hesitation.

The smell of lavender filled my nose , her humidifier never failed to release stress .

I watched her walk to the back where the bedroom was .

I didn't realize i was still standing there until " prayed up " by summer walker came on .

Her brown eyes stared at me from across the trailer and she asked " what are you waiting for ? ." .

With that in two swift moves I'd locked the door and made my way to the bed with no hesitation. A sigh escaped both of our lips as we layed back .

Something  about her just made me feel safe , alive even . " she doesn't get me " i explained as i finally broke the silence .

"Who pineapple ?" Kaila asks while facing me . " yeah peach ".

I stated while dismissing the name insult ." She just is always spending money , let's go here and let's go there , all the time . We don't ever sit down and do something meaningful. "

Once i explain she looks at me with sad eyes " what's your idea of a perfect first date mikaila ?" I asked , focused on her chocolate orbs .

" well..." she started with a sigh , as she blew a raspberry.

"i want quality time , its not  about the money it's about who you spend it with . I'd wanna go somewhere ,peaceful . Like a park , or the beach , or a place special to that person , i wanna feel their vibe , i wanna soul touch and see where their head is at. That's a date . Not some prissy ass $500 meal with 3 little bitty ass pieces of meat on the plate with a sprig of cilantro ." She ends that sentence with eye roll , i know the last line was for peach .

" being in a relationship is about learning your significant other " she continues while staring at the white ceiling fan ." It's about why you got in a relationship in the first place , because you saw something in each other , and you decided to

She states as she shrugs and ends her monologue. I guess my silence bothered her since she looked over at me , but i was speechless. I love you

. Is what i wanted to say so desperately  . Yet my mouth couldn't form the words . I locked eyes with her , her beautiful soul was the most captivating thing about her .

In my eyes , she was the closest someone could ever get to aesthetic.

" keith " she whispered and my eyes dropped to her plump two-toned lips . My body made the move since my brain couldn't .

Two more centimeters and my dreams would've been reality  , but a knock at the door made me stop abruptly .

" aye baby i got the Chinese!" Mikaila's Girlfriend Devyn screamed from outside the door . " shit " we whispered as we rose from the bed  .
