"you ready to go?" nii-san asks as i was wearing my backpack.
"yep." i answer, but before i was even able to move, he held me on my shoulders and he put a clip onto my hair.
"tie it to a high pony once it's dry." he says, smiling.
i smiled back at him and heard a few steps, which made me look behind nii-san.
"iwaizumi-san?" i call out at him out of confusion.
"oh, i haven't mentioned it to you yet, but we're going to walk you to school! isn't that exciting!?" he asks, making iwaizimi-san smack his back.
"it's early in the morning. don't shout. hey, reo." iwaizumi-san says right at me with a smile i have never seen before.
maybe it's because of the fact that i don't upset him.
"how come you smile at my sister and not at me!? unfair!" nii-san shouts once again and pouts, making iwaizumi-san stare at him with his eyebrow raised.
"i'm sorry iwa-chan i promise i'll never do it again!" nii-san apologizes and bows at him, making me giggle.
nii-san really is head over heels for Iwaizumi-san, huh?
"if you have no plans on proceeding, then i guess i'll see you at the campus." iwaizumi-san says, grabbing my hand for us to run together, leaving me laughing hysterically.
"hey wait for me!" nii-san shouts once again and runs after us using his full speed.
as our legs grew tired, both of us stopped and waited for nii-san to catch up.
"iwaizumi-san." i call towards him, making him look at me with a questioning expression.
"may i have my hand back?" i giggle, causing him to let my hand go. he must've missed the times when the three of us would hold each other's hands and run away from our angry parents. ah, memories.
"my bad." he smiles and rubs the back of his head.
"you two... will be the death... of me." nii-san pants, trying so hard to catch his breath.
"your fault for being extra annoying today." i stick my tounge out.
walking with them to karasuno sure is fun, but all things have its ending.
"alrighr, reo-chan. i'll see you after school!" nii-san yells and waves me goodbye as they were walking away, making me smile and wave back.
when they were out of my sight, i entered the campus and heard kageyama shouting that hinata is an idiot, which made me giggle and eavesdrop over them.
they were having their trainintg early in the morning. sweet.
"my bad!" i hear tobio-kun shout all of a sudden, making me step inside their gymnasium and receive the ball he served too far.
"woah, you can receive such a powerful serve!?" hinata asks with stars glinting on his eyes, making me chuckle.
"i train with ushijima-san and nii-san a lot. it ain't surprising." i answer, passing the ball back to tobio-kun.
"that's great! you're like a libero! Are you a libero!? your receive is so cool!" he asks, making me shake my head as a sign of a no.
hinata's excitement is making me giggle. i can tell that he's very interested to people who got skills, either related to volleyball or not.
"stop giving her such questions. besides, even you can't beat her." tobio-kun teases.
"and how can you say that!?" hinata asks angrily, making tobio-kun sigh and look at me.
i nod at him, telling him that he can say what he has to say.
"reo is a skilled player. aside from playing with female players, she also plays with male players, which is why she can keep up to any match, either the players are male or female."
"woah, cool!" hinata once again, making me giggle.
"do you want a 3-on-3? you know, morning practice?" i ask, smirking.
"really!? alright!" he answers, and i'll take that as a yes.
"but we have to wait for a few players. is that alright?" tobio-kun asks from the other side of the court, making me nod and stare at the two of them.
"you're on."
