Our Group, Max and Harvey

Chapter 12, Maxi

Max's POV,

"Yo.., max wanna go shopping?" Harvey asks spinning around.

"Why?" I ask looking back at the tv"
He walks up to me and snatches the remote off me

"So ya don't become a coach potato"
He says looking rather smug.

I find myself agreeing, we waddled our little booties to the shops.

"In here, in here." Harvey screams while jumping up and down.
I'm assuming he was pointing to
Poundland. Great...great choice.

We walk in the shop, harvey grabbed a basket trolley pully thing, I'm honestly not sure what the hell it is.

We wander round the shop.

"Maxxxx how much is this." He asks me for the fifth time.

"One pound" I said getting rather agitated.

"Wow" he says clearly trying to wind me up...

We walk round the rest of the shop.
We go to the till, Harvey piles his items on the poor cashier.
While I, the smarter one, went to the self check out, as I only had a bag of crispy m&ms and some drumstick squashes.

I scan my two items as I notice a girl, well an angel, come walking into the shop...Omg I'm in love.

I'm assuming I just stood there staring as the girl saw me and turned towards me and smiled at me.

I couldn't really move anything, what I did manage to do was a strange creepy side smile.

Great job max...

"Max?" Harvey says, tapping my shoulder.

"What?" I say still staring at the area she once stood.

"Ahhh.., I see what's happening.."
Harvey says grinning.

"And what's that?" I say regaining my movement.

"Maxi's in love" he says nudging me.

"Pft..no...shes a 6 at max" I snap back.

"Ok stop lying" Harvey says walking out the shop.

We walk round a few more shops before walking home.

"Do you think she saw me?" I ask.

"What?" He asks looking puzzled.

"The girl in the shop" I say back trying to avoid the cracks in the pavement.

"Well...considering you were literally drowling over her....yes" he says
I smile at his comment.

Sooo, that was boring sorry, anyway just had my first day of home school cuz ya now covid 19 is slapping everyone with a brick.
