They arrived at the coast a little after 12, Changkyun immediately grabbing the multiple bags of pool toys and sand tools and dragging them towards a spot on the sand. He deemed it clear enough for a castle when he didn't spot a single footprint, Minhyuk making a show of jumping over the surrounding area to get to the towel. The sand stayed untouched, both boys keeping tight security around the perimeter and starting to dig a moat around the area.

Wonho and Shownu had both set up a large towel quilt along the sand, and spread out a few chairs and stools. They helped each other carry a large cooler out of the van in the parking lot, Kihyun, Yoongi and Jooheon going straight to the water. Yoongi had grabbed one of the deflated floaties from the pile, using the bike pump they had to blow it up to its full potential. He was delighted to see that it had formed into a giant flamingo, and he fit perfectly in the center before drifting away peacefully.

"You're going to float away if you fall asleep!" Kihyun shouted towards him. Yoongi slowly opened his eyes at the disturbance, glaring at said male. He laughed, paddling over to where Yoongi floated idly and slinging an arm around the bird's neck. "Why don't you go bug Hyungwon or Changkyun?" He grumbled.

"I already know what annoys them. Now I know that you don't like being disrupted from a good nap." He grinned, ruffling Yoongi's hair before climbing onto the raft. "There's not enough room!" Yoongi shrieked, hanging on for dear life as Kihyun adjusted himself against the tail. He kept laughing, and Yoongi was planning an inconspicuous murder right there. He settled for simply kicking the male's legs, and almost toppled the entire thing over with their combined weight.

Meanwhile, near the castle grounds, Minhyuk and Changkyun were defending the front towers with water guns as Shownu and Jooheon teamed up against them. "Bitch, if you take one more step I won't hesitate to end you!" Changkyun screamed at the two. He pointed the gun at Jooheon's smirking face as he gestured for Minhyuk to shoot Shownu.

The taller man dodged skillfully and jumped over the empty moat trench. He tackled Minhyuk with ease and Jooheon took that distraction as the perfect moment to shoot down the left tower. Changkyun screamed at the top of his lungs and Jooheon cowered back in surprise, both members of the defense team pushing the two back across the moat.

As soon as Hyungwon came along to be the referee, things started getting chaotic as a game of tug-of-war was played for one of the guns. All things turned to utter hell when somebody accidentally pulled the trigger and shot a relaxing Wonho on a nearby pool chair.

He bolted upright and booked it for the castle, doing an excellent dive and catch through the draw bridge for a gun Jooheon had tossed to him. He immediately drowned out the angry yells and screams with sprays of the machine, and soon enough Hyungwon declared offense the winners (even though Wonho had just jumped in, unannounced.)

"You bitch! No head for you! Ever again!" Minhyuk yelled at Jooheon. The man just laughed and ran towards him, scooping him up and carrying him towards the ocean. He tossed him in once he deemed the water deep enough, and soon he was pulled under with Minhyuk.

Kihyun and Yoongi were trying their hardest to relax. Hearing a bunch of hyperactive men clowning around at 3 in the morning wasn't on either person's bucket list. They were nearly cuddling, Yoongi resting his head on Kihyun's shoulder while they looked at the night sky and played twenty questions.

"What's your favorite book genre?" It was Yoongi's turn. Kihyun thought for a second, scrunching up his eyebrows in an adorably Kihyun way before settling on an answer.

"I really like fantasy, in both books and movies. The possibilities are endless, and sometimes that's just what you need in life. An escape from the stress, in a world where anything is possible. It lets me believe there's more to life than just the things that are achievable. That trying things considered impossible is what makes us human, to feel the need to challenge the words of others and prove ourselves being what life is all about."

He talked in such a soft voice, like he didn't want to break the barrier of peace they had around them. Yoongi nodded, understanding his thought process, and taking a liking to his use of words. Kihyun was a thoughtful person. An intellectual, no doubt, but with an edge of compassion and realism. He didn't seem to have a very minimal view of the world and all its possibilities, and that just made him all the more attractive.

"I love the way you think." Yoongi decided to be a little bold, properly nuzzling his face into the other's neck. Kihyun smiled tiredly.

"I try. It's hard to keep my IQ up when I'm constantly surrounded by six dumbass horndogs." He chuckled.

"But you love them?"

"But I love them."
