Spending those nights in the hotel was fun, but Victory sensed something wrong. Terrible in fact, she got up and put of the silk sheets. Victor was in power down mode so sneaking out was easy, of course though she left a note before she did. She was in her red night gown and tipped toed to the Lucky 38 and took the elevator up once inside. There were no lights on in the penthouse, just the illumination of the monitors. Getting closer the light was different, more white, less dark green. And what she walked up to, wasn't Mr. House. It was someone else.

"Why, hello! Who are you?" The forgien, smiling face on screen asked.

"Victory.... I'm Victory... But, who are you? Where's House? What's going on?" She asked the face and sat down not really knowing what else to do.

"I am Yes Man, I was built by a very not nice man named Benny! And House is dead, we killed him, or at least the courier did.. I'm going to help lead an Independent Vegas!  Isn't that exciting?" Yes Man asked.

Victory's heart sank into her stomach, "Why... did you kill House?" She asked him in turn.

"Because he did very, very bad things! Bad deals. Shady stuff! And had many innocent people die... some he killed himself all over a Platnium Chip, although the chip was important still. He was a very not nice man, we tried to reason with him but that sure didn't work... so he had to die, there was no other choice.. let him rule with tyrnnay or set Vegas free.." Yes Man explained to Victory.

Victory still didn't understand, all of this, what was going on..? But what power did she have to stop any of this, and besides... She didnt doubt those words, well, sort of... But somewhere in her gut she knew they were true.

".... I was House's daughter.... I live here.... I can help you if you need it." Victory offered. The smiling face of Yes Man faltered, and strained.

"Oh... dear..... I'm... im very sorry... that was really mean of us to do... killing your da-" he was interrupted.

"It's fine.... we didn't have a close relationship. If anything he was just a stranger in my life.. I'm closer to the robots anyway.... If you need any of my help... I will." Victory bowed her head and disappeared beyond the curtain doors.

She had in mind of the Courier, would he have killed her? The following days the two did cross paths, he said nothing but nodded with respect. That would be the first and last time she would ever see of him.. That man got the 36 tower to generate it's own electricity so the energy from Hoover dam could be focused on the other towns of the wastelands. NCR and Caesar's legion were pushed out of the desert and never to be seen again. Now all of the Mojave was free, but chaos followed. Yes Man struggled to lead by himself... and Victory couldn't bare seeing people below argue and riot each other.

"I have a plan Yes Man, we should centralize a unit force if suciratrons to enforce law on the strip, and have the Three Families focus on controlling the Mojave and let you control the strip.. and go from there.." Victory offered on the table.

Yes Man ran the numbers in his mainframe, "That's a good plan, I will do that!"

It took almost a full month to get the chaos under control, and a full year to have any sort of government established.. Victory helped Yes Man with the finer details too. None of it was easy, but at least her and Yes Man got along.. however it took all this time for her to get used to him.. two years later, being twenty now she sometimes struggles to talk to Yes Man as an equal. Ironically, without him asking her to be or with any force, she became his yes man. Being a follower was in her nature. A follower..... nothing more..... nothing less..

But an inner war was starting on inside her, a war where she might have to make a hefty choice..
