Chapter One

Chapter One:
*Only Time Naruto will have P.O.V for now until later chapters*
[Naruto's P.O.V]
Hi, my name is Uzumaki Naruto. I am the knucklehead on our small village called Konoha. I don't really know what else to say about myself so let's get on about my day!
I was walking home from school with my best friend, Uchiha Sasuke. He is the best friend I could ask for. He is so understanding and he may be shy, he's really cool too! We were walking side by side and I was listening to him talk about this test in his class, or well I think he was talking about that.
"And he gave me a B+ on the test! A B+ just because I misspelled the word! And on top of that- Naru-chan, are you even listening to me?!" He says and I blink.
"Yeah totally." I say nervously.
"Really? What was I talking about?"
"Uh, music?" I say, well more like asked.
"No, I was talking about the test in English a couple days ago that we got back."
"Oh that? I got a D- on that. I mean, it's not good, but at least it's not an F."
"How did you manage to get an F?!"
"Sasuke, you know I'm stupid."
"Naru-chan, you are not stupid. You just need to do your work. I'll help you. You know I'm top in our class and you're my best friend. I'll work with you so you can understand it." He says just as we got to the front step of his house.
"Really you will?! Thanks Sasuke-kun!" I say and hug him tightly. I feel him stiff up a bit but hugs me back.
"Yeah yeah. Now get home. You know you're mom gets mad when you're late." He says when he pulls away from the hug. I nod and say my goodbye to him. I continue walking and soon enough make it to my house. I walk in and began taking off my shoes.
"Kaa-chan! I'm home!" I shout and make my way into the kitchen to see if she was in there. She was thankfully and she turned to me with her arms crossed. It could only mean one thing; my test that we got back today.
"Uzumaki Naruto, explanation, now." She says and drops my report card with all my grades for every class. I scratch the back of my head and try to think of something.
"I, test scores?" I say, well more like ask. She hits my head and I grab onto the spot she hit. "Ita! Kaa-chan!"
"Naruto, I am not going to be like your father and let this stuff slide. Get your grades up or that phone, is mine and you will not be allowed to hang out with Sasuke-kun." She says and turns to around to continue cooking. I sigh and nod even if she couldn't see me.
I walked upstairs and into my room setting my bag on my bed. I grab my computer and open up my Skype account. Raven is online. I smirk and message my one and only raven friend.
Foxboy: Hey Sasuke-kun
Raven: Hi Naru-chan
Foxboy: Can you Skype me? I need help on my homework
Raven: Of course! Just let me know when I can call.
Foxboy: Now is a good time.
*Incoming Call from Raven*
I smile once I see his face on my screen and wave. He waves back and pulls out his homework.
"Okay, what homework do you need help on?" He asks and I pull up our math assignment.
"Math, I understand nothing of today's lesson." I say and frown.
"As much as that lesson was easy because it was review from last year, I'll help you out."

"Is that all you need help with? That was all of our assignments right?" He asks
"Yeah, that's all. Thanks for your help Sasuke-kun." I say with my signature smile.
"Yeah of course. I didn't think you'd actually take my offer." He says
"Well, I needed some help and since you're the one person I actually talk to outside of school, I decided to take the offer that was there."
"Your kaa-chan saw your grades didn't she?"
"Was it that obvious?"
"I heard the door open a few times and I saw you look up talking to someone telling them you're getting help. I kinda figured it out when we were working."
"Heh, you're the only one that could solve me that fast."
"Yeah well we have school tomorrow and it's about nine at night. I'll see you tomorrow morning when I go to wake you up on time."
"See ya tomorrow morning." I say and wave to him. He waves back and ends our call. I smile and close my laptop. I don't know what it is about Sasuke, but he makes me happy. I'm glad he's my friend.
I place my laptop to charge and changed to my pjs. I laid down and closed my eyes. I let myself fall into a deep slumber dreaming of the raven boy named Sasuke.

"Naru-chan..Naru-chan. Naru-chan! Naruto!" I hear someone shout at me and I sit up quickly hitting our heads together.
"Ita..Naru-chan, that wasn't necessary." I look up and see Sasuke rubbing his forehead where we hit.
"Heh, sorry Sasuke-kun. You should've not done that. I'll start getting ready now." I say and start getting up. He turns around and I chuckle. "You don't have to turn around you know. We're both guys."
"I'm respecting you. Besides, I don't want to see my best friend naked in front of me with his junk out." He replies back and I laugh. I finish changing and grab my bag.
"Okay, I'm ready. Let's get some breakfast and let's head out." I say and walk out of my room. Sasuke follows right behind me and we walked into my kitchen. I saw kaa-chan making breakfast and I gasped. She chuckled and handed me the plate she already made for me. I thanked her and kissed her cheek. She handed Sasuke a plate but he tried to deny the plate.
"But Mrs. Uzumaki, I already ate breakfast. I had an apple this morning." Sasuke says
"Sasuke-kun! An apple is not breakfast. Eat this now and have a FULL breakfast. Now." Kaa-chan says with her scary face. Sasuke nods slowly and takes the plate. Kaa-chan smiles and goes back to cooking breakfast for herself and for tou-chan. Sasuke and I finish breakfast quickly and we had out to school.
"So Sasuke-kun, are you gonna ask this special person out yet?" I tease him and his cheeks turn pink.
"N-No, they don't have any interest in me. I know it." He says not looking up from the ground.
"Come on Sasuke-kun. Tell me how someone couldn't like you! You're cute! You have both girls and boys coming after you. Granted you won't go for a guy because you aren't gay or anything like that." I say and he stays quiet. "Sasu-"
"Naruto-kun! Sasuke-kun! Ohayo!" We hear and look up to see Sakura running up to us and I smiled.
"Ohayo Sakura-chan." I say and Sasuke waves. We made our way into the school talking about nothing special or anything in particular. We made it to our class and sat down in our assigned seats ready to start the day.
