Ring ring. I check my phone. "Mother" Oh crap. "Let me get this." I grab my phone and run outside. "WHERE DID HE TAKE YOU ARE YOU ALRIGHT?" She rants. "Mom I am fine." I say. "Okay. Where are you?" She asks, calming down a bit. "At a small party. Just a group of Josh's friends." I say. "Okay. But, it is a school night." She says. "Okay." I say. "I will pick you up." She says. "Okay." I say, disappointed. I head back into the house. "Bye!" I say. "CHLO, WHERE ARE YOU GOING??" He asks. "Home. I have school tomorrow." I say. "Me too. I love you Chloe." He presses his lips into mine. As we break apart I here a honk. "I love you too." I run out the door. He slips a piece of paper in my jacket pocket, and winks at me. I run out the door. My mom looks at me. "Are you sick, hurt, have hurpies?" She asks. "No." I say. Oh my god mothers. "Ok good." We drive back to my house listening to classical music. There is something wrong with her.
*time skip*
My annoying grandfather clock rings. Signaling me to wake up. I grab a black skater dress and a pair of black vans. I put my hair in a sock bun and put on natural makeup. I run downstairs and grab my backpack. Maddie, Kendall, and Paige are taking me to starbucks. "Bye Mother!" I run out the door in Josh's jacket. It was so comfortable and warm. I think I am in love.
