Chapter 6: Chloes Pov

This week I am visiting my friends. Josh is meeting us there!! We arrive in Malibu. I walk up to Jordyns door. Her mom answers. "CHLOE!" Jordyn, Autumn, Mia, Sophia, and Brynn come running down the stairs. "HEYY!!" I run to give them all hugs. "We missed you!!" Says Mia. "Wheres your boyfriend?" Brynn asks. I shoot Jordyn a death glare. The doorbell rings. "Thats probably him." I say. "Go get it!" Says Sofia. I run to the door and open the door. There stands Nick, my ex. "Hey Chloe! Your back!" He says. "Ya just for a visit." I say. Josh pulls in the drive way. I run down the steps and greet him with a big hug. "Chlo, let me get my helmet off baby." I could feel Nicks eyes on us. Josh pulls off his helmet. Then, he kisses me. Which leads to a make out session. "Lets go inside Joshie." I say. He grabs my hand and I lead the way. Right past Nick. I get inside to find all my friends standing there. "Hey." Josh waves nervously. "Hey!" Jordyn says. "PIZZAS READY!!" Mr. Jones yells. He is an amazing chef. Nick opens the door as we rush into the huge kitchen. "So, can you introduce him?" Jordyn says. I kick her from under the table. "OW!" She yells. "This is Josh, my boyfriend." I say. "YOUR BOYFRIEND!!!???? WHAT THE HECK CHLOE!!" Nick yells. Oh crap. "Chlobird, whos that?" Josh whispers. "My ex. I hate him now." I respond. Josh stands up. "JOSH NO!!" But I was too late, the fight already started. I ran up Jordyns room. Balling my eyes out. The girls come up. Besides Brynn. "Brynn is calling Brandon. She is trying to stop the fight." Mia says. "Okay thank you." I say, still crying. "I DONT EVEN LIKE NICK!!" I scream. "Chlo, we know you dont..." Autumn says. "THEN WHY IS HE HERE!!" I yell. "He is my brother... We adopted him..." Jordyn sighs. I here the squeaking of Nikes coming down the hall. Then a knock. "WHO IS IT?" Jordyn yells. "Josh, please let me talk to Chloe." He says sadly. I nod at Jordyn to open the door. He comes in with a black eye and a fat lip. "I am so sorry Chlo." He says, with tears in his eyes. Josh has a soft side. "Its okay. I still love you." I stand up and kiss him. He is just so perfect.
