The clicking of Kalani's heels clicked through the now quiet coffee shop.
"Joshie? Who is that little freak?" she says
"I just happen to be dating Joshie." I snap at her.
"WHAT?!" Her pleading voice now harsh.
"Kalani, we broke up. I don't like you. Please leave me and Chloe alone." Josh says.
"Chloe, Josh, we should go." Paige yanks us out of Starbucks. I could not believe Kalani. I know every school has to have a needy bitch but REALLY? She just hadd to go after my boyfriend. I get a text from my mother.
Mom: Sweety your dress is still sitting on your dresser what are you wearing?
Me: Somthing from one of the bags in the study...
Mom: What bags? I never put bags in the study.
Me: At school no phones luv ya byeee...
Honestly she expects me to be perfect. Where dresses everyday, get strait A's. WAIT she sent me to a landlocked state to get me away from surfing. It all makes sense now. She wants that absolutley perfect child. Are you kidding me? Take away surfing and swiming. She just happened to start looking at my grades. She bought me so many buisness woman dresses I cannot count them all. can she please get it through her head that I am a highschooler. I am 16 not 40.

me- heyy I miss you sooo much!!!
Jordyn- we all miss you so much. Nick misses you even more though ;) how are things??
me- amazing. besides mom. she is making me into a "perfect child" ugh. I also have a new boyfriend!!
I snap a picture of Josh and send it to her.
Jordyn- ooo he's cute but what about nick??
me- Brynn can have him...

me- i gtg my school starts soon. no phones :(
