Deku POV

Well, here I am, at the house of Nejire Hado, terrified as hell

What if her parents dont like me, or I spill something on her, or i dont have enough money, or, the restaurant is cancelled, or.....

I try to steal my nerves, and with me putting a brave face on, I ring the doorbell of Nejire hado

I wait a few seconds, and finally, a woman with dark blue hair answers

"Oh, you must be izuku! Nejire told me so much about you! I'll go get her, oh, my name is Shurataka by the way, pleasure to meet you!

"N-nice to meet you ma'am"

"Well? Come inside!"

"O-ok"

When I come in, I see a man with platinum blond hair look at me with a cold look, as if he were judging my very existence

Ahhh, the dad, I thought to myself

Thankfully, before he can pounce on me, Nejire comes to the rescue

"Izuku!!! I'm so glad you here, are you ready?"

When she's here, my nerves calm down

"Yup! Let's go!"

As we walk, Nejire looks confused for some reason

"Hey, Nejire, what's wrong?"

She turns to look at me

"Well, something confuses me, how come your quirk hurts you so much? It would seem that you would have had plenty of time to master it before you got into UA"

I knew this would come up, All Might said that I could tell someone about One for All if I trusted them 100%, and with Nejire, I do, Mirio knows anyway, she'll find out whether I tell her or not, I need to come clean

"Well, I guess I should tell you, but this cannot leave the two of us, okay?"

Nejire nods her head solemnly

"Ok, here we go"

And so I explained everything, me being quirkless, me still trying to become a hero, bakugo telling me to kill myself, how I met all might, how he gave me One For All, and how I got here"

Nejire POV

Holy shit,

My crush is the next symbol of motherfucking peace

Before I spiral into my thought process, he speaks again

"I-I understand if y-you dont want to try this date still"

I look at him, and my heart drops when I see the tears in his eyes

I surround him with a hug

"Izuku, nothing you say or do will make me change the way I feel about you, if anything, it just makes I admire you more, you endured all of the prejudice against to get where you are, and that makes you even more incredible"

He chokes at my words

"Th-thank you Nejire"

I pull away at the hug, and he seems confused, until I smack my lips against his, full of loves, and he blushes brighter than a tomato, a really cute tomato!

I speak again

"Let's continue with this date, m'kay?"

And then, my heart flutters as he flashes me his signature million-watt smile
