They had all picked out a room except Silas who decided to sleep on the down stairs couch. It was about 2 am when there was a loud crash downstairs. Eden rushed out of her room wondering if someone or something had gotten in. She grabbed her pistol and headed down, even though she was dressed in boxer panties and a tank top seed could still put up a hell of a fight. She descended the stairs with her gun at aim. When she saw the sight of the crash, an empty beer bottle. She looked for Silas. When she saw that he was the one cleaning it up. "Silas" she said with a confused look on her face. "Where did you get the beer?" She asked stepping into the last step. He looked at her, "it's warm" he said. He only slept in his pants so his shirt was somewhere else making a wound on his arm exposed. He sat on a stool in the Kitchen. She went up to him and rested her gun on the granite. "What's going on?" She asked. "I killed twelve people when I was 15" he said in a gaze to somewhere else. "What?" She asked not horrified, or scared. She reacted as a friend would "that's my fear, Eden. The people I killed" he said looking at her. Eden looked at him. "What happened?" She asked taking the Bottle from his reach. "I burned a cabin to the ground, with 12 people inside and it's haunted me for 10 years. Ten really long years, and now they're back" he said burying his head in his hands. "We have a very similar fear, Except I didn't burn them," she said he didn't move. "I drowned them" she said he looked up at her. Expressionless "late night fishing trip, my dad and some of his fishing pals that were like my uncles and I were out a couple miles. They wanted to leave after a couple hours but, I wanted to stay another 10 minutes. Those ten minutes ended up killing the only family I ever knew. And I was only 12 years old" her eyes became watery but she sucked it up and held it in. "I didn't know, you did. Yet, we both feel remorseful because no matter what death is permanent and when it's in yours hands you can't help but, feel like a demon in a skin" she took several gulps of the warm beer. "Truth be told" he said.

He took a sip and walked to the couch. "You know I used to be normal" he said sitting down onto the fluffy white couch. She plopped herself right beside him and took a sip of his beer. As she gave it back their hands touched. They looked at each other the with no notice he kissed her, his hands held her face as hers did his. Their kiss deepened, time passed before they stopped and rested on each others foreheads. "We should uh," she began "get that cut disinfected" she said dismissing the kiss.
