A/N

Before you begin reading, let me mention that this is the first part of a four part series. Each part is going to be titled as the name of each vocal line solo song from Map Of The Soul: 7. The songs helped me imagine a quick story, main events happening in each song. If you want, you can listen to each solo as you read each chapter just to help you imagine the events taking place.

Obviously each part won't take three minutes to read but try to picture it like a short film/music video with no dialogue. But there are a few things that are said that are from the lyrics so that kind of gives an idea of what's happening when in the song.

The story will be more in the members' perspectives rather than (Y/N)'s and even though it switches members, they all are the same person in this four part series.

Jimin walked into a café, exhausted from work. He just finished a quick practice and it somehow managed to take out all of his energy.

He approached the cashier, about to order his drink but stopped when he heard the door to the café open. He turned around to see a mesmerizing woman before his eyes. He felt something build in his throat, a sudden feeling washing over his body. His heart was racing just by watching her walk.

"Excuse me, sir?" Jimin snapped out of his daze and turned to the cashier.

"S-Sorry. Um, can I just get an iced coffee? Thank you." Jimin said quickly, pulling out some money from his pocket.

The cashier gave Jimin a small smile as she took the money from him. Jimin smiled back in return and went to sit down. He sat in a booth that was in a far corner, facing the woman. She was sitting down near the window, working on something on her laptop. Jimin watched as she bit her lip softly, seeming to be in thought. He was in a daze, entranced by her beauty. Even when one of the employees placed his drink on the table, his eyes stayed on her.

Without even looking down at it, he took a sip of it. He admired her fingers as they moved across the keyboard and how they occasionally would brush the soft waves of her hair. The Sun kissed her skin beautifully from where she sat, all of her features shining brightly. There was something about her that made Jimin so attracted to her. He wasn't sure how long he was sitting there, sipping his iced coffee as he simply got lost, but he realized it had been a while when his phone began ringing.

He jumped at the loud sound, the woman glancing towards him as Jimin quickly answered, "Hello?"

"Jimin, where are you?" His manager asked urgently. "You said that you were just getting something to drink then you'd be back at your house."

Jimin pulled the phone away from him, checking the time. It's been almost two hours since he got there. He let out a heavy sigh, facepalming as he brought the phone back to his ear, "I'm sorry, Hyung. I'll be home soon, I just got caught up with something."

"What did you get caught up with?" His manager asked, slight concern lacing within his tone.

"Just an old friend. We have a few days off tomorrow so it shouldn't hurt if I come home a bit late," Jimin answered, not wanting his manager to be worried.

Jimin heard him sigh from the other side, "Okay, that's fair. Just be careful, okay?"

Jimin nodded even though he couldn't see, "Don't worry, Hyung. I'll see you later." BEEP!

Jimin licked his lips, brushing his hand in his hair. He shut his eyes for a bit, wondering if the woman caught him staring. When he looked up at her, she was still continuing her business on her laptop. He stayed in the café for a bit longer, contemplating on whether or not he should approach her. And that answer came not too long after when she began packing her things up.
