Nico's First Year at Hogwarts

Chapter 2

Nico's POV
"No way. He's dead!" I wispered. I run up to him an yell in Greek, "WHAT! HOW ARE YOU ALIVE! CHIRON SAID YOU WHERE DEAD!" He replies back in Greek also, "Chiron told everyone I was dead so no one would search for me. I was here the entire time. Also, please don't kill me." I sigh. I am going to have a LONG talk with Chiron when I get back. "Why?" I asked. "Only demigod in London," he says with a smile. Draco and I where fast friends when I came to camp. He was a son of Hermes, and then one day he disappeared, with Chiron saying he was dead. We hugged, and then I went back to the Gryfinndor table. Harry's eyes where saucers. So where Ron's eyes. Hermione was just confused. "You know Draco!" she exclaimed. "Yeah, he went to a summer camp with me." I stated calmly. "Oh." Harry said with his eyebrows furrowed. I nearly snorted. "Why do you seem so surprised that I know him?" I asked Hermione. "He is---" she starts but Ron interjects "The school bully. His father was even a Death Eater! Draco is on our side, the Battle of Hogwarts proved that, but he is STILL mean!" I turned to Harry. "It that true?" I ask. "Every word of it." Harry replies back glaring at Draco while doing so. I might have to patch this up, I think to myself.

Harry's POV
Nico. The new kid was weird. The shadows seem to envelope him, and the room got darker when he was there. Also, he and Malfoy where best friends. "Hera's dove." I say to the Fat Lady. Nico snorts behind and says, "Gosh. Hera's dove. Really Harry?" "Ummm yeah is their something strange about that?" I say annoyed. "No it just sounds funny." he says with a smirk. I hate this kids nerve. Talking to me like that, me, The Boy Who Lived, defeater of Voldemort! Does he think he is a superhero? I sigh and then freeze. There is a new corridor in the Gryfinndor common room! Nico heads up to it. I try to go through, but there seems to be a strange barrier. I bounce back. Nico turns around and says, "So Harry? Is it that hard to pass through a door?." Then he slams the door behind him. Fuming I head to the boys corridor and fall into a dreamless sleep.
