Chapter 3

Nico's POV
As I walk into my corridor, I hear Harry stomp away. There goes the thought of me getting on his good side. I find a note with a package next to my bed. The note says,

Dear Nico,
Here is your wand. It is made of holly and has a core of Stygain Iron. I have given you my blessing so you may preform magic better than other people.
PS: You textbooks are in Greek.
PPS: If you say the words in Greek, the spells will be easier and stronger.

I shrugged. Better than having to read the board in English. I sigh and fall into a dreamless (thankfully) sleep.

Next Morning...

I look at my schedule. Same as Draco's. But, also the same one as the "Golden Trio."

Dinner
I sigh again and head off to Ancient Runes. This section is about Greek myths. Easy "A" for Nico di Angelo!

Harry's POV
I walk into Ancient Runes. The teacher, who insisted on us calling him by first name, Malcom, (see what I did there) Gave us a get ready quiz for the subject, Greek Myths.
Quiz
Who are the Big Three Gods?
Duh. Zeus, Posey, and Hermes.
Name a minor god/goddess. More for Extra Credit.
Time to show Nico who's boss! Inis, Gangedae I think and oh.. Nemibes!

Name a Greek monster. More for extra Credit.
Chimcha, Minoman, and Empossapie.

Name the Olympian Gods.
Zeus, Hermes, Posey, Apple, Aphrodove, Mera, Hespiea, Hapes, Aghena. There is only nine duh! (I can count)
After everyone is done, Malcom waves his wand and the papers float back to us. I feel smug, of course, knowing I got 100%. I look at my score. 0%. WHAT! I take a peek at Nico's score. 500% with all that extra credit. He must have cheated! Then a see the skull tattoo. I wisper to Ron, "look at his tattoo! He's got to be a death eater!" Ron shruggs. "I dunno. Lots of people in America have TONS of tattoos. He may just have a skull to be tough." he replys back numbly.

At Divination
Nico's POV
As soon as I walked into the classroom and sat down, Professor Trelawney said in a creepy representation of Rachel , "Seven Half-Bloods shall awnser the call, to storm or fire the world must fall, and oath to keep with final breath and foe bear arms the doors of death." What! How does she know the prophecy! I use the mist to cover it up. Draco shoots me a look like, what was that? I mouth to him I'll tell you later. The class went on until the bell rang. Yay potions! I run into the classroom, embracing Severus, the son of Hecate and professor. "Hey Sev!" I say. "Hey Nico, quick get to your seat, class is starting." Hermione leans over and says, "What was that all about?" I tell her the truth. "After my father and mother died, Severus was my godfather." because it was not a lie. Hermione gave me a sympathetic look, and then returned to her work. I glance at my book. Dreamless sleep potion would come in handy. I start making it. As soon as mine is done, a light, silver , mist comes out of the top. Sev smiles as he walks by. "Good job Ni-- Mr. di Angelo. 20 points to Gryfinndor." I think about how I dropped Divination and chose History of Magic instead. Hopefully it will be worth it. NOW, HERE I COME DINNER!
